Went Mothers day as a family of six. Was told prior we could order off the ala carte menu, but this wasn't true. It was a set menu for the day, no big deal. But when you see other eating from the ala carte menu it's a little unfair. The set menu was rubbish really, cold, not good quality food and the venue was cold inside as well. Shame really, as the reviews suggested otherwise. Staff very friendly, drinks prices a little on the expensive side, Sadly won't return, but good luck.

We enjoyed a superb meal here, staying in the Travelodge just nearby and happened upon the restaurant. We had the seafood platter, chunky chips and a kids mac & cheese although she didn't eat much of that as she was too busy stealing things from ours! The potted shrimp was the highlight, absolutely delicious. The only downfall was the mussels were a bit grainy but this can't really be helped. Everything else was spot on, generous portion and most importantly, really tasty! Would absolutely recommend.

Quiet chilled out Saturday lunch did not disappoint. Considering just 4 tables occupied of ladies lunching a very pleasant atmosphere with chilled out music and attentive staff. 10 plates of Tapas and 3 drinks came in at just £57. What's not to like. First visit but not last.

I’ve been twice to this restaurant. Both times I’ve had the 2 course and 3 course Sunday dinner. Between £14 and £20. The food is exceptional quality. I’ve had the roast beef with large Yorkshire pud and homemade gravy. The tiramisu is made by the chef and the nicest I’ve had anywhere. All beautifully presented. Lovely ambience. Served both times by very pleasant and helpful Doreen. Excellent service. Will be back very soon. 5*****.

We had a fantastic experience for Sunday lunch. Food was superb (2 courses for under £20) and the service was excellent. We have been many times before and will continue to visit. It really is a little gem

What a fantastic place this is! Visited for the first time last night for dinner and it really didn’t disappoint. We were greeting warmly and given a lovely table. The staff were knowledgeable and happy to offer recommendations. We were given the option to sample the wine before making our selection (the Chilean Cabernet was delicious). Our waitress Georgia was extremely helpful and recommended the fish stew, which we both chose from the menu and wow, she was right. It was stunning to look at but easily the best seafood dish I’ve ever had. It was packed full of different fish and seafood, a beautiful sauce and some olive focaccia to mop up the fabulous sauce. My only regret was I couldn’t finish it all. This restaurant is an essential when visiting the area. We are already planning our next visit.

Visited for the first time earlier this evening and had a very pleasant meal. The manager was accommodating when we changed our drink order and then noticed that my partner was cold and suggested a different table. We felt noticed and taken care of! Our waitress Georgia was also lovely and cheerful. It was a very welcoming atmosphere. We both had sea bass with butter sauce which was very nice. Followed by a sticky toffee pudding and a crème brûlée. We also had 2 cocktails for the price of one! There was a 25% off food offer on too so the bill came to about £55 before service which felt very reasonable. We were also offered a complimentary limoncello which was a lovely gesture. We live locally and will return because the lovely lady on the next table said the fish stew was amazing so we want to try that next!!

Haven't eaten here since it changed to Le Patio, but really enjoyed when it was Olive Tree so wanted to give it a try. The waitresses were lovely and polite. The food however really let it down. Starters weren't too bad (ribs enjoyed by my son, focaccia tasted stale and the meatballs were just ok). Ordered steak medium rare and it came well done. It was completely tasteless and only just warm. It's my bad for not complaining, but I didn't want to upset the waitress who was only young and doing a good job. Chicken main was also tasteless. Wouldn't really recommend as it's expensive for a very average meal.
