Food was absolutely fantastic and good value for money. We ordered Bass (which turned out to be a whole bass), rump steak, chicken salad and the Fifty Four Burger.Catered well for dietary requirements.Dog friendly, which is always a great bonus!!Perhaps a potential improvement point, the menus did not do the food and overall look any justice. What a Find, a hidden Gem with vibes, good food and service to match!Had a selection of Tapas that were good and sat at the corner end high table overlooking the street and passing traffic.The only thing that drew negative marks was the table and chairs lack of maintenance and the hardness of the seat. A lick of paint and some cushions would be great ?
I’ve been to Fifty Four a number of times as I live locally. I went with my 12 year old son last night and had a wonderful meal. There’s a new menu, a mix of tapas and mains including a selection of burgers. We chose from the specials board this time and were not disappointed. Delicious steak, pretzels with spicy melted cheese and soft chicken tacos all done to perfection. Generous portions and no room for pudding!
