I'd give it less than one star. Had me waiting around while the young lad flirted and played with the knife to a younger customer. Gave me half a coffee which I asked to fill up for my dad since it was a half cup. My dad went in later as it tastes disgusting and the other colleague just shouted "what's wrong with it now" to my dad despite never seeing my dad with me. Whilst waiting for the coffee after what felt like ages they got a just eat order. The other colleague said to the young lad he was too busy to help (despite store being empty) and the young lad said it doesn't matter they can wait as long as want. I would have left the store before ordering if my dad wasnt desperate for a caffeine fix as the nearest Nero were closed. Never had as bad customer service in my life. Considering the reviews I don't understand how they're still employed.

The service at this Subway is appalling. I was served by a teenager who didn’t want to be there. He was rude, difficult and generally unhelpful. Also, no gluten free bread available or some sauces. There was no apology for this, just a shrug of the shoulders. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed. They need to stop hiring teenagers who really don't care about the service they give. The young person who served me was so miserable and rude. I ordered a meatball footlong and the meatballs were rock hard. They were burnt. I explained that to the staff after i had a few bits out of it and all he said was i apologies about that. I should of got a refund but it seems that for that staff member a sorry was enought for giving an horrible sandwich that i couldn't finish. That was the worst Subway I've been in my life. When i went in, the 2 young staff members were smoking cigarettes right in front of the door. The tables were dirty inside. Absolutely ridiculous.

The service here is absolutely appalling. My teenage grandson went in to buy a wrap, when he was asked what he wanted, he was made to repeat it several times because the young man behind the counter did not care, then, when he finally heard his order, the man called my grandson a psychopath because he wanted it toasted. After that, he asked if my grandson would like it as a meal deal, trying to be polite my grandson said “yes, if that’s okay” to which the man replied “if that’s okay? I wouldn’t ask you if it wasn’t okay?” Then he went on a smoke break, and when he returned, he served a customer without washing his hands and I didn’t see him wearing gloves either. On top of this, the place was rather dirty, and the staff seemed to think so too, because they made it apparent that the place needed cleaning. Overall, appalling service and not a pleasant experience. I will not be returning.Kid-friendliness: My grandson was made to feel less important because of his age, with a few sarcastic and rude remarks made towards him, the overall tone of the man at the counter was unfriendly and rude. The man called my grandson a psychopath which I imagine, he would not have said to an adult.

Went in for two sandwiches, the young guy with glasses is very rude and does not know how to talk to customers or even how to do his job. The store is disgusting and in need of a good clean. Tutted when asked to make a sandwich, which is literally his job. When asked for a foot long he asked my partner if he wanted it throwing at him. When asked for sweetcorn he said he could not add it to the sandwich for god knows what reason. Drowned the sandwich in ketchup. At this point I refused to pay for the sandwich, as it wasn’t what I wanted and the service was appalling. Will not be entering this store again. Will attach the only picture I managed to take but I promise you the rest of the place was no better and witnessed him contaminate the veg with meats.

Very disappointed. Staff are pretty bad, unorganised and generally poor. Elder guy just shouts and calls all female customers "darling". Other two younger guys just cant be bothered. It was lunchtime ao obviously busy but they would all complain and say "why are more people here?". I get itbut think it dont say it.Tables, were all dirty and there was no effort to clean in the 30mins or so i was there. Just poor

Just been told what I'm having not what I want!!!! The older guy serving is rude unsociable and not suited to customer service, I ended up with something I didn't want as I was intimidated into it. Don't eat here
Just went in and was served by an older guy and a younger guy, felt really uncomfortable and like i wasnt wanted there, just felt really awkward, started with ordering my sub and i asked for wheat bread and instead of getting what i wanted he asked if i wanted honey and oat bread, which i understand is a minor convenience but it just felt like he wasnt listening, they didnt have any American cheese so instead he put the smallest amount of shredded cheese on, then when it came to putting salad on i asked for lettuce and sweetcorn and the older guy said no and then put it on, it just made me feel uncomfortable as i really didnt expect sarcasm at the counter, then the younger guy was sat on the counter and throwing paper around, the store was empty and then a schoolboy came in and asked what he could get for 5 pounds and he said to him "im not going to go through the whole menu i dont have time" i just felt really bad for the schoolboy considering there was no one else in there, i couldn't imagine the boys embarrassment, i didnt want the boy to feel like he was anything less because he didnt have enough money, because i know what it feels like to be movked for not having as much as everyone else, it was reslly sad to see so i gave him some of my own money, just felt like the staff was just messing around and rude, the place was really dirty which i really didnt expect considering that lytham is quite a high profile area, im not usually one to complain as you can see the great review i gave to subway kirkham, but the way they treated customers really didnt sit well with me, especially the way the treated school children, really not impressed.

Ordered through Uber eats last night - delivery guy arrived and explained that they'd used different chicken to make the sandwich as the one I'd initially requested wasn't available. Four other salad items missing from sandwich and no sauce. They did give some cookies to compensate the different sandwich but have just spent the night vomiting with abdominal pain ? don't plan to return.

Me and my partner decided to try the local subway as we're new to the area, sadly it's ended in disaster, we ordered the Italian B.M.T to share we had cheese and toasted but something tasted strange, sweaty ham? A few hours after eating I was sick and stuck to the toilet my partner was also very ill. We will not be returning this is so disappointing as we really like subway.
