I normally give this Wetherspoons a good review but this time although the staff were very good the curry (On curry night) was more like soup. A Great shame because Wetherspoons curries are usually very good.
This particular Wetherspoon never seems to gave any decent pale ales on cask.It is always the same mostly and guest ales are not much different to the run if the mill ales they serve.Time to step it up and broaden the range a little.

I used to love going to spoons but now things are changing! I regularly use St.Annes branch and Dover and have been really disappointed of late. The food has got awful, the curry was grizzly chicken and the rice was like a brick! So I had the chicken basket not too bad but the tenders were just about edible ,very hard! The spit grilled chicken my husband had was cooked but very pale and soggy. PLEASE PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS IT'S NOT GOOD! ?
