This is the worst Mc Donald's I have ever visited. The chicken select meal was of poor quality. My order was incorrect, instead of an apology I was greater with " do you want it or not!' Very rude staff I will not be returning to this

Ordered Big mac NO Cheese on drive thru and milkshake do not have milkshake and got big mac with cheese.this after I confirmed with teller at first window.I will not be going back to this Mackies again will rather go to burger king.

Waited an eternity at the Drive Thru, around 15-20 minutes. 10pm at night.Staff member who took our order lacked personality and motivation. Our food server was the same and could barely talk to me.Not going back!Shocking experience ???

Ordered food paid for it lass asked if we could park up they would bring to us 20 mins stood outside lad tried to find my order no sign of it so went in and ordered it again another 15 mins wait go there a lot but won’t be going again put years on

Thus is a mcdonalds to avoid if our experience is anything to go by, arrived for breakfast placed the order eventually on the third attempt! Waited 20 minutes on a dirty table only to discover our order was wrong!

Not as good as Caton Road, ice cream.machine never working as they never clean it, same as for.milkshales. not as friendly as Caton doesn't seem as clean either , don't often comber. Very narrow drive through for a large car ,.awkward to get in with busy bypass.

HORRENDOUSDon’t go to this mcdonald’s it’s terrible better off going to either of the two Lancaster ones they’re much better. I’ve ordered about three times from this mcdonald’s and every time they have missed an item of my order and don’t reply on the phone when you call. And even when you receive some of the food you ordered, the chips are cold and undercooked every time and the drinks are usually half full. Terrible mcdonald’s food and orders and service. Honestly, just go somewhere else.

I think our local McDonalds is struggling. We have visited several times since we moved to the area in January, and I don't think the team know what they are doing. Often no orange juice or coffee available, no BBQ dips added though they are requested/ordered, cold and small 'large' fries, missing chicken nuggets (adding 17/18 into the box instead of 20), and badly put together Big Mac's. Shoddy work and shoddy food!
Multiple times now. Don't think there has ever been an occasion where we have the correct order there is always something missing. The food looks as though its been thrown together and launched in the bag. It would be nice to have an order correct for

Used the drive thru on Wednesday evening approximately 8.40pm placed my order and was asked to wait in the car park as it wasn’t prepared just like the 2 other customers in front of me….waited 10 minutes to received my food and returned home to eat with my family, all I can say is that the standard of food given was utterly unacceptable and disgusting ? the chips were soggy cold and uncooked, the burgers were lukewarm!How can you be asked to wait 10 minutes in a car park for fast food to be served this disgusting level and quality of food, no one was behind me in the drive thru as I parked up and the two previous customers ahead of me had also been asked to wait the car park for food, this level of service and food is totally unacceptable!!!!

Part of the order was a chicken mayo sandwich...got the mayo and lettuce, no sign of any chicken though ? straight in the bin.

Sloppily made, no care. But from 3 separate stations all made like it was just thrown together. Just needs a better floor manager to keep an eye on this, I'd be mortified if that was under my watch.

Comes to something when your coca cola is warmer than your meal. Absolutely FREEZING. Then you find a long hair in the happy meal. Causing the child to be physically ill. NEVER USING AGAIN ?!!!!!!
