Love this place and the staff are amazing especially the women with glasses . only issue is the gold standard method for mocha as it’s suppose to be 3 scoops of chocolate powder. Iv noticed they use the same flask certain members of staff so left over choc in the flask and then maybe adding 1 or 2 scoops of chocolate I wish this could change as I spend over £1200 a year on costa. It’s not their fault but I think it’s the people at head office to blame too as many costas are either trying to save chocolate or they are not listening to customers. A mocha is suppose to taste like hot chocolate but with a hint of coffee. Whenever I have had it it either tastes like burnt coffee or it taste like something that is unrecognisable. I want to give them a good review but I feel this feedback hopefully will\\nHelp them understand that a mocha has to be the same all the time u have to empty the flask from previous customer otherwise there will\\nBe an unbalanced taste but other than that these staff members and service is one of the best ever in Lancashire.

Lovely place for a coffee. This is my favourite branch as it offers lactose free milk as one of its alternatives. The soya latte is good. Staff are always friendly and the place is spotless when you go in. Very welcoming environment and couldn't ask for more.

Awesome, cosy, quiet place for a lovely hot drink. I enjoy coming here to relax with friends and comsume a delicious, hot mocha. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff are very friendly and hardworking. Situated in a prime location, this Costa Coffee is well worth the visit. Would definitely recommend 10/10

What I have witnessed today was totally unacceptable!
Wouldn’t let me sit in unless I downloaded the Illegal Serco (not NHS) app to track and trace me. I could order a takeaway coffee so this isn’t about the virus. Shame on them! This goes against GDPR law. They might want to rethink their policy before they get hit it a gdpr lawsuit seeing as Serco are selling peoples data on and the government has admitted the app is unlawful.

Friendly staff who make you feel very welcome, the store has lots of seating to allow customers like myself to stay and work or read. The selection of food caters for everyone and I would say that it was a lovely experience. Will be visiting again xx
