The food is decent. Had wings, pizza,and fillet burger. The service was was average. Staff seemed confused with orders and were not too friendly. No smiles on their faces and uniforms looked untidy. There was bucket on the shop floor due to roof leaking and exhaust fan was covered with card board box. Need to improve experience for the customers.

The staff are very friendly and helpful I go here twice a week and it never disappoints me , in my opinion , the food is amazing and it's my go to takeway spot due to the tasty and mouth watering food I reccomend dixys .Kid-friendliness: The other day my son went in and all of these people treated him like he was a normal person dixys in not racist and its eco friendly

Usually no problems with the food but today asked for a fillet meal and was given chicken strips but was at home so could not change at the point, I go in here twice a week for food and every single time every single other person in the shop is served before me and the other customers that are served before me are not white, I am put last because I am a white woman id like to think not but after my friend who came with me being able to translate the racist “white girl” comments they was making about me over the counter I am deeply saddened and will not be returning
