Excellent service ?

Always travel from far to come get their hot and fresh Jalebi. Their mithai, samosas and starters are also very nice, but by far Jalebi is one of the best here in the north!

Really good fresh food cooked to order at times. The variety of Asian sweets available is pretty

The Jalebi is worth it. Nafees is a disgrace, they need to stop taking shortcuts and take a leaf out Mansha‘s book.

The best mithai in Town!Whenever I want mithai, this is the go to place and I travel from Preston to Nelson, even though they have a branch in Blackburn. It's well worth the 25 mile drive!

Nice place to eat in Burnley,we had a big wedding do there for my brother in law and we bought kebabs and samosas baklava etc for guests they were turning up that day. Have to say their food is good maybe due to no other competition nearby in burnley other than this place for that type of snacky food. I have to say we spent alot of money in the shop that day over £200. And Travelling from Birmingham to Burnleyfor a wedding and the service from some of the younger lads was awful especially when we asked for extra sauce we were told that they only gave the sauce in certain sized containers for the specific amount of food ordered. So basically it was measured amount of sauce provided. I didn't ask for it free but extra which the lad thought I wanted it free???? Hence why the service is so poor. I guess this type of business is valid in smaller towns like Burnley and I'm certain coming from a city like Birmingham they would have bent over backwards for the custom.

What horrendous service. Went in and waited 20 minutes in the queue to order food. As i waited must have counted 6 people come after me and get served before those in queue just because they knew the workers. Not only that, the staff are absolutely rude on a consistent basis. Food quality is also going down.
