Thanks Julian for 5* choice, advice, supply and fitting! Our Amtico bathroom floor is simply stunning and finishes the room perfectly. Delivery as promised, fitting was straightforward and professionally completed with 100% attention to detail. Could not have asked for more and will use again and be delighted to recommend.

A great selection of homewares and garden furniture.\\nAlso clothing, footwear and home furniture and lighting.\\nCould spend a full day here because the range of goods is extensive. Also it includes The Chocolate Strawberry Tea Rooms which is fantastic.\\nDefinitely worth a visit.

Nice things to buy. A bit high end but nice stuff. I went for clothes and the tea room, which was nice. Sells Trespass clothes here I noticed. There's also a good selection of leisure trousers in short and extra short by Caribou.

Excellent service from Graham in the furniture store, returned my call, sent me a e-mail to help me with a minor repair and helped further when we visited the store to clarify regarding the repair.\\n\\nAlso showed great patience when we enquired about a chair and wardrobes.\\n\\nThank you Graham.

I purchased bedroom furniture which through no fault of Pendle village developed a fault. The staff I dealt with when reporting the problem were all excellent and dealt with the problem efficiently. I can not praise the after sale service enough. They replaced the furniture quickly and I appreciate there first class solution. Pendle village will definitely be my place to go when buying in the future.\\nThank you to everyone involved.

Our first visit of the year wasn't disappointing. Happy to find there were some of their delicious Vanillas left to provide a fitting end to another lovely meal. The café ambience is just right for a no-nonsense meal or snack with a range of options served by friendly and attentive staff. There is a wide range of coffee options to suit all tastes. Excellent value for money too.

Five stars from me for variety and value for money. Huge area of goods in a former cotton mill, over a few floors, with everything from clothes to curtains, footwear to furniture, bags to books, carpets to candles. Don't miss the cafe at the far end of the store.

We had the Christmas lunch in the Chocolate Strawberry Tearoom and were not disappointed. Although the restaurant was busy, which I suspect it is every day, the staff couldn't have been more warm, friendly and efficient if they had tried. We didn't have to wait long for our drinks and food which we have to say was delicious. There is a 2 course and 3 course option. We opted for the 2 course and had the turkey followed by Christmas pudding. It arrived piping hot and we didn't have to wait long between courses. Drinks are not included but we were brought a complimentary glass of water each without having to ask. We also each received a Christmas cracker. After lunch we had a quick browse around the store which has some lovely home furnishings, gifts, clothes and shoes. Sadly we didn't have time to see everything. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to return soon.

Shocking experience, it’s like they don’t want your money. Spent 10 minutes with the mrs waiting to pay yesterday so gave up and left. I had to go to B\\u0026Q today so nipped back in to see if I could buy it today. 7 minutes I was stood whilst a member of staff played on their phone and another talking to customers. The item I left on the till the day before was still there, today another was left. I’ll save on time and fuel and order online elsewhere

Just had to cancel our order for wardrobe and dining table and chairs due to house sale not proceeding. Nash and Graham were so helpful that we ended swapping our deposits on the furniture onto two new beds.\\n\\nThis is a great store with a massive range of all types of furniture for all tastes and ages and there's a great cafe to ease the pain after all the money you've just spent ?

Haven't been here often but popped in on the off chance they had something to suit my new dining room table. Not only did I find some beautiful pieces, it was a really easy and stress free shopping trip. The service was good, parking was available although they had car park works going on which meant it was a little busy. Would visit again as I know they have one offs and more things coming in all the time. Just to note I only visited the home accessories section.

Love the cafe, well priced and friendly service. Shopping isn't all to our taste but it's a great place to have a look around.
