Absolutely disgusting food . Chips tasted like they had been re-fried a few times, they were rock hard and lukewarm. Curry sauce and gravy was like glue. Fishcakes were totally disgusting, didn’t taste any fish at all and they were freezing. Fish was just about passable!. Will never ever go there again!

I’ve always found the food here excellent but now my daughter has been diagnosed coeliac there doesn’t appear to be any gluten free options or at least that’s what I was told on phone. I don’t understand why chips aren’t fried in their own oil to avoid contamination with gluten from fish batter? Surely vegetarians also demand that chips are fried separately from fish? That means our weekly takeaway now has to come from another outlet in Ormskirk that has a choice of gluten free menu items.Vegetarian options: Check chips are not fried with fish, but almost all chinese dishes have veggie optionsDietary restrictions: Seemingly no gluten free options when I enquired (as fish fried in same oil as chips) which is also not ideal for vegetarians. Good selection of veggie Chinese meals with noodles / rice, plus veggie pizza optionsParking: Can be very busy for parking especially on Friday and Saturday teatimeWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly entrance but counter is high up

Bought from here since it opened and it used to be good, but quality of the chips especially has been getting worse and worse for a good while now, Have all but stopped going recently because of this, but thought we would give it another chance tonight thinking that it would have improved, but no. Chips are probably the worse I have ever had, If you like warm ups, then this place is probably for you, otherwise I would go elsewhere

Not sure if they've changed their cooking oil, but last visit I waited 15 mins for awful chips. Won't be rushing back... up until then this place was 5 stars. (Visit on 13 July 2023)

Waiting in there for 20 mins on 2 salt n pepper chips even tho I ordered then online 20 min prior. Weren’t even nice chips barely tasted of salt n pepper an where sloppy as never gettin from there again always disappointing
