Awful experience, I was alone with my young toddler so chose a table. Then noticed the ‘scan and order qr code’ which I used as I though t it would be a lot more convenient than traipsing back and forth with my youngster. Big mistake. So you order online - yet it doesn’t warn you that you must then go and collect your drinks from the counter. So I picked up my youngster, went over and attempted to struggle with the tray and bottled drinks (thank god I didn’t order a coffee!). Whilst at the counter, he obviously saw a cake that he wanted so I tried to purchase that at the till. I explained to the lady on the till (who seemed flustered using it) that I had already purchased the drinks via the app so just needed to pay for the cake. She then proceeded to try and charge me for all of the items even though I had made it clear (and showed the order number). This then took 4/5mins for her to attempt (then eventually seek help) to remove the items off the bill. All the while I’m stood with babe in arms and then attempting to juggle the tray back to the table. I then awaited the meals which I had ordered via the website. These then eventually arrived and I asked where the cutlery was - to then be snapped at - “they’re at the counter.” I tried to explain that once ordered it states “you’re food will then be brought with cutlery to your table.” However she just turned and walked away. So yet again I had to unfasten my youngster from the high chair… carry him all the way back to the counter collect the cutlery and then eventually was able to sit back down. The food was okay albeit slightly cold. But due to the rude service we shall not return. I have to add that the cafe itself had a mere 5 tables with a few couples on at the time so no excuse for it being busy either! Absolutely no hot drinks we’re able to be ordered either - all machines switched off. It just seemed like a shambles!

Slow service, food is dreadful and freezing cold. It's just microwaved cheap stuff. Awful.

£4 95 one piece of half cooked bacon cold. runny egg dry beans tiny side plate I sausage gone 2 bites deffo not worth money and not enjoyable apart from cup tea which I made deffo not go back
Not good poor value for money uncooked bacon rasher cold dry beans snotty egg toast ok and one tiny sausage half a tomato which was sour to taste won't be go back and at £4.95 definitely nit worth rhe money dud not enjoy except for cup of tea which I made really need improving

I went to Morrisons on 6/11/2021 we went and had breakfast then had a slow walk around the shop .I have COPD so when we finished shopping I needed a sit down and a coffee.then on the 16thi got a fine in the post for £50or£85if it's not paid in 14 days.i was 51 mins over time. Myself or the rest of my family will never shop at Morrisons again.

How does a supermarket cafe that has shelves full of milk options , not cater for those who are lactose intolerant , I asked for oat milk for my coffee or other alternative to be told we don’t have any, the drinks come out the machine, surely they could keep a bottle in the fridge, get your act together Morrison’s, it’s unacceptable,

Purchased a chocolate milkshake on the order machine turns out they don't even do chocolate milkshakes. Dirty trays left all over empty tables. Do not recommend.
