Waited and waited for delivery 40 mins after told meal would be here. We were eventually told the driver was here, but no-one was there to accept delivery. Turned out the driver was at the wrong address but when my wife phoned to ask where the meal was she was told there was no-one at that address to take delivery. Eventually received a cold meal, phoned to complain and was told we could have a refund but they want their food back. Had to keep meal as it was too late to order elsewhere. Customer service disgraceful.

Im quite dissapointed, i havent been for a while and thought i dont want to drive somewhere. The peshwari naan isnt that good, it has very minimal flavour for what a peshwari is. Pretty much 0 sweetness. The poppadoms came a bit stale so not the happiest about that. The curry i got was a pathia which is usually spicy this one was not, not the most flavoursome curry, compared to other curry shops in the area this is not very good. I will not be ordering from here again.

Meal was 40 minutes late. Driver went to wrong address. Driver rang me to ask where I was customer service none existent won't order from there again have ordered from this restaurant numerous times for same address paid on same card details and they still can't get it

So I waited 2.5 hours for a small order for 2. Food 5 Delivery -5 Arrived luke warm so guess it was sat in his car a fair while. Driver was flippant and rude and accused me of making my address difficult to find so not his fault it took so long!! No apology for the delay as he can't follow a sat nav but not fair to the restaurant when the chef tries so hard. The food itself is always fabulous but feel cheated this time all due to a rubbish driver

Love the food here, only recently started coming to spice house and we haven't had a bad meal yet. We always pick up our food and it is incredibly hot and fresh.

Had a takeaway was awful threw most of it in the bin. No flavour to naga curry Tandoori mix grill no flavour. Keema Nan barely any meat Biryani bland poor quality never again

We had a good day in work on a Wednesday and said lets have an easy tea and get a takeaway. As we are trying different places as much as possible I chose here as it used to be pretty good a few years back. It was poor and over the average prices. Chicken Tikka Masala very bland. My chicken tikka phall was like a standard madras at best with no background flavours. Big prices verses the others in the area. Poor value Poor food.
Waited for an hour for delivery which is normal were we live. Food arrived and no chutnetys to go with the poapadoms. Would of not been bothered but this is not the first time. Called them and they said they will send them out. Another hour later they sent the wrong chutneys out. This is the last time i will order from this place. Its the attitude of never mind. I would not recommend ordering from here. I have told them to collect food and i want my money back.

Very poor experience. We ordered online. Message to say it would be delivered 30 to 40 mins. An hour later we rang to ask if it was on its way. Again at that moment we got another message to say it was on its way (Ormskirk to Burscough) 30 minutes later another telephone call to ask when it would be delivered. After arguing with me to say we had received it when we hadn't she put the phone down on me. The meals arrived 10 minutes later, just about warm. Will not be ordering from them again

Took a hour and a half to deliver food only round the corner from my home said originally 45 mins happens frequently late delivery and drink forgot to be packed with meal last time I ordered and driver off hand said I don’t pack the food oh great customer service ??
