Looking for a cafe open later on a Sunday to meet our son at uni that accepts our Cockapoo dog. Happy to get confirmation that he could come in. Comfy seats, great coffee with cream and caramel topping plus caramel shortbread. Toilets clean. Lots of space. Free parking nearby on a Sunday.

To be honest I'm a coffee is coffee person, all pretty much the same, however, what sets this place apart is the staff. Rachel in particular is not only super efficient, but such a lovely caring person. She really is a credit to the company & we shall be returning.

Always loved the staff here, but as a black coffee or even a small glass of lemonade is now 5 pound i won't be getting any more drinks here, shame , I know prices have risen , thats ridiculous

Waited far too long for a hot drink, tables are filthy not being cleared. Go to Costa instead.

Not friendly, not professional, banging around while customers trying to enjoy their drinks. Additionally, not very clean table’s really, wouldn’t go back again, sorry but that was my impression….
Waited 15 mins for a cappuccino, when it came was like a very milky latte.

Coffee was so weak and bland even with it being an Americano. Quality is not up to the standard considering the price. That's a Starbucks issue though. The staff are amazing and atmosphere is great to work or chill in.

I've been here quite a few times and it's always been a pleasure to be served by great staff but last week the Girl that did our Coffee was miserable as sin ?♂️ We all have bad days but leave your bad day outside the shop girl
