Was down at the bike park and decided to go get somthing to eat from subway and the staff were horrible to me saying that I shouldn't go back went back went back anyway there were 3 other ppl there this tome and they were nicer

I visited Subway ( Bickerstaffe) yesterday morning, the blonde lady who served me had an awful very unprofessional attitude throughout my visit.\\n\\nI often go to this Subway and the other staff have always been nice and welcoming, no problems at all. Myself and Husband really like the Subway food, so I regularly call in on my way home off the motorway.\\nNo hello or smile when I walked in, just a glare and there were no other customers in at the time. Although not a the expected welcome I anticipated , I wasn't overly bothered, although working in a customer service field that should be the minimum thing to do with customers. I gave in my order, once the sandwich was made with my other meal deal items, I said I wanted something else off the menu. The lady serving me, huffed and puffed, and had to come around to the front of the desk and through the door in the dining area, I'm assuming the area wasn't accessible from the serving till area and seemed to REALLY put her out. The door was slammed, and she shouted you should of ordered that at the start....\\nI was made to feel bad for asking for something on the menu available to order.. I said it was no problem to wait another glare. I felt like saying if it's really a problem for you to serve me what I want as a paying customer, don't bother. NOT good, this lady needs some urgent customer service training or needs to consider another job she is more suited to. ( not front of house with the public)\\nI very rarely complain unless totally necessary, but it was that bad I wanted to write this review. I hope the management deal with this and the member of staff in question.\\nWill still visit in the future, just hope it's one of the other more welcoming, HAPPY staff....please when I do!!!

This is the Best Subway Around, The girl even remembered my breakie order from a few week before, been back couple times since, i just say “The Usual” now.

The young ugly girl really rude I went in at 8am I said hi are you alright she said what do you want I was like... I told her me order and she was just so rude won’t be going back this subway Thursday at 8am it was for anyone that what’s to know

Just drove all the way here to be told it was shut despite it being advertised as open. Looked through the window to the lady who works there simply shaking her head at me
