Ordered a small house kebab, cheese chips and a chicken wrap meal.All the food was stone cold, the kebab should have come with 2x pitta bread, but didn’t come with any!(they did send out 1 pitta but still 1 missing and 20 minutes after eating my cold food).Won’t be ordering again!

My favourite place. Food always amazing. Delivery, the food is hot and on time. No issues. Cheesy chips are fab, doner meat is the best around. Pizzas are super. Just all round great. Staff are friendly and polite. Highly recommend

Absolutely quality,best kebabs around for miles always so fresh and tasty, one of the best home made garlic mayo I have tasted and the chilli sauce it’s hot as chilli sauce should be, always look forward to coming to viva la pizza after a long shift a must try for all.

Have used this place for ages and always forgiven when order has gone wring but tonight I ordered a meat feast costing £18 for the kids as I was working late. A cheese pizza turned up which is no were near the price of pizza ordered. Rang up and they wanted proof and if any of the cheese pizza was left as they didn't believe me. Told them the kids had eaten it .looked in the bin for any evidence as they wouldn't still believe me .so ended up paying £18 for a cheese pizza. Sorry viva but that's a disgrace of customer service I've ever witnessed. You totally ripped me off.Thiefs

Worst takeaway delivery in West lancs.Every order we had delivered was missing things.When we complain we were barred from ordering from them.Food comes cold, late,Manager couldn't care less.Did us a favour. Found a much better place.Can't believe they are still trading.
We ordered a delivery kn weds night via website card payment taken and viva didn't show up! I couldn't reach them by phone as it appeared to be off the hook and I'm still waiting on a refund! We are regulars at viva and have never ever had any issues great service and food usually hence the two stars but I will think twice ordering from here again sorry viva

Ordered online, after an hour called up and got told it was on its way. Another half hour phoned again as it still hadn't been delivered. Another 10 more minutes it turns up stone cold. What a bunch of crooks, haven't even got good grace to say sorry its running late. Stay clear as there seems to be a few who have had this bad experience. Oh won't refund me. We shall see.

Won't be going back, can pay with card online but not in store?Nobody wearing gloves or hair nets while prepping food, food was lukewarm at best.Poor food hygiene standards all round really.

Turned up at 2230pm for a kebab only to be told no donner meat.. Hmmm... Funny that they closed at 2300pm..It was obvious the lad couldnt be bothered! Will go somewhere else in future.. Absolutely terrible.. AVOID AVOID AVOID
