Good.Despite being busy the food & service was brilliant & our server, Lee, couldn't do enough for us.BadUnfortunately, we were sat next to a very loud, obnoxious moron, who was talking & swearing at the top of his voice & constantly getting out of his seat, standing in the aisle making a spectacle of himself. Surely it should be the managers job to come & ask people like that to either quiet down or leave, rather that let them ruin the experience for the people on the tables around them.Secondly, you need to put sweet potato fries back on the menu!Vegetarian options: More options needed.

Love Miller & Carter. Yesterday's food was delicious. Service by Lee brilliant as always. I'm gluten free and to be able to have seasoned fries with with my steak. Just one thing, bring back the creme brulee on the gluten free menu.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free menu is brilliant. Just wish the creme brulee was still on the menu.

We came with very difficult pre-operative dietary needs. Our waitress, Derry, was absolutely amazing and dealt with it superbly. A credit to herself and the restaurant. Meal wasn't half bad either.

3rd time coming here to be served by the amazing Jordan couldn’t fault the service at all nothing was ever to much hassle for him! food was amazing! We wish Jordan all the best with his new baby girl arriving soon! Be glad to see him back serving steaks soon! Assess to the team without a doubt.

Had to wait 10 mins at desk as there was no one there. I had to go into the restaurant to find someone. Then she had the demeanour of someone who couldn’t be bothered. Table was nice enough. Staff attentive. Steak was cooked rare even though I was advised and agreed to it being medium. Fat therefore not sufficiently rendered and steak hard to chew. Left some and ejected the fat. Chips too salty.

We had Lee ans our steak expert, we’ve had him a few times now and can not fault him! A lovely man and always makes us feel welcome and comfortable from start to finish and always gives us his best advice on our steaks.We will definitely be back to visit as always!!

We came today on Boxing day. My friend and I had the Boxing day menu it was amazing. We had great service by all the staff who came into contact with us. This was the 1st time out at Christmas for a meal and would definitely do it again. Well done to all the staff who worked so hard to make a great experience . Thank you Gillian Haslam

Me and my husband went to Miller & Carter in poulton and it was lovely, the steak was cooked to perfection with plenty of flavour and a lot of menu selection, the waiter we had was called Andy he was very helpful, bubbly, had a great sense of humour and made our dining experience a great one, we wasn’t waiting long for our food. The food was quality, worth the money but a little pricey but the service was great ?

Visited for my husbands birthday. Lee was our server and was very attentive and although we didn’t order pudding, bought out a lovely happy birthday message for pudding with some ice cream. Just beautiful, thoughtful touches! Food was amazing as always!!
