Stopped here on the second leg of our tour of Northern England .Nice pub with plenty of seating and a larger beer garden.The car park next door was quite busy when we visited but we managed to get a spot easily.Hanging baskets were stunning
Stylish and seemingly upmarket, I found this place to be very welcoming and extremely busy on the Friday night. The staff were very polite and helpful and considering the sheer numbers of people in attendance, the bar and table service was relatively quick. I didn't try the food so can't comment, however, the drinks prices were reasonable I thought.

We come here every Christmas Eve as a family of 10 so our order at the bar is always immensely complicated! However, everything went to plan. Ale and food alike were excellent and Rebecca's patience and friendliness at the till as well as the rest of the staff's service was impeccable. Made our day :)
