Normally been happy with this nice location but one staff member really took the biscuit today. We'd been in, had two lots of drinks and then lunch, whilst doing work together. Only a few minutes after finishing lunch and a staff member asked us 'are you ordering anything else?'. I said to her we've only just finished our lunch and we'll get another drink shortly and she was like 'I know what you're doing, you can't just us for the wi-fi.' I told her we'd actually ordered quite a lot. She said 'I'm not being rude' - might need to reflect on why that needed saying if she wasn't! I'd perfectly understand this if they and/or we were nursing the same cup of coffee for ages but we'd literally only just finished our food and they weren't particularly busy for a lunchtime. We went down the road for our next coffee! Coffee was ok. Food decent if overpriced. Actual place really nice but totally let down today by this interaction. Will go elsewhere in future given they clearly don't want our custom!

What a hidden gem!! Called in for a coffee and sandwich and on going in was amazed at the size of the cafe. Just oozes atmosphere. Excellent hot beef sandwich and superb coffee. Will definitely be visiting again.

Popped in for a festive lunch because from the outside - this place screams Christmas and is so inviting!! As this was my first visit. - I was very surprised at the seating area and how huge it is and I was delighted at the effort made regarding Christmas decorations. Staff are super friendly and my only gripe is lack of ‘festive fayre’. Yes they had a delicious mulled wine, which was very reasonably priced - but that’s where festive choice ended. Staff did oblige by agreeing to make me a chicken and cranberry baguette (not a standard menu item) - just a shame the chicken was so chilled. But I will visit again based on welcome and atmosphere - a gem of a place in Preston town centre.

Brought my dog and had an excellent welcoming. With sausages and water bowl. I’ve been looking for a dog friendly brunch spot. Staff are lovely food is great and fair priced!

I had admired the lovely Christmas tree in the window a couple of times while walking past and could not resist calling in for coffee on a shopping trip yesterday with hubby. So happy to find a table near the tree, and just sat, immersed in an utterly perfect nostalgic Christmas world with the fireplace and postbox. So much care had gone into it and it just made my day! Thank you so much to the new owners for maintaining Brucianni's very traditional, long held, place at the top of Preston's "go to" places

Not been into town for a good couple of months but we always bob in for a brew and cake today we went today and wow it’s got the much needed tlc it’s needed staff all happy the Christmas decorations where beautiful the much was great!! So happy new owners have got it and it’s got its charm back!!

Visited Bruccianis for 2nd time and certainly not disappointed! Everything from chosing, ordering, waiting, food being delivered to eating was Bob On! Lovely afternoon spent with my friend, very relaxed, could not fault the food. Well done Mark & Phil you have done wonders with Bruccianis long may it continue.

Walked in and went to the till. 2 women talking behind the counter ignored me. Someone came in behind me and the woman behind the counter pointed at her and said there's the queue? Really poor service I won't be returning
Went in today for lunch, and it's come on so much since the new owners took over. It was very busy but we still had amazing service and food arrive quickly and piping hot. I honestly could not fault a thing about it!! Will definitely be visiting again soon!!!

It was always a family favourite when I was growing up so It was really nice to see it busy again. The service was quick and the food was amazing. The staff are super friendly and all smiles. Next time I think we will have to sample the wine collection. Good luck to the new owners ??

Just been in for the first time in a while fantastic to see how the new management have overhauled and brought it back to its bright iconic self. Fantastic staff very helpful and friendly great selection of food, coffee soft drinks and alcohol

Had a wonderful 1st visit to Bruccianis in Preston. The cakes are amazing and the service was wonderful especially Lorraine. I have a tremor in my left hand and Lorraine quickly offered to carry the tray to the table for me. My cup of tea and fudge cake was delicious and my husband is going back for more pavlova and Prosecco

Got stranded in Preston due to storm and train chaos. Luckily found Bruccianis where we ate breakfast and lunch both days. Can't recomend highly enough. Everything was fresh, really tasty and excellent value for money. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Would actually go back to Preston just to eat in this beautiful cafe.
