I've been here once before around Xmas and it was lovely. However the £1 dining charge was charged for my child. When I challenged it, they said it was children upto ten only, but as it doesn't specify that in the menu, I asked them to remove that charge and they did.Today I went in. Had a flat white with almond milk. It didn't taste right and split really badly, so I asked the server if I'd been given soy by accident and she insisted it was Almond, so perhaps it was off.I ordered the teriyaki salmon, which the salmon itself was lovely, but the rice was very overcooked where it resembled a risotto rather than steamed rice and had lot of white sticky liquid in it. My rice the previous time I went was not like that, so not a clue what happened to it.Considering how quiet it was, the food and drinks seemed to take ages. When the server asked me at the till how our food was, I was honest and gave my feedback about the soggy rice and coffee not tasting right. There was no apology at all, just lazy excuses and no offer of a discount.I genuinely don't believe the calories on the menu are accurate either. I find them very hard to believe for the portion sizes (which are good sizes).I really wanted to ha e left a nice review as my first experience was grata, but today's was just awful, made more awful by the unwillingness to even acknowledge the coffee wasn't right and the rice just dreadful.Reading the reviews, it lokms as if that past few months, this place has declined. Such a shame!

Very disappointed with the service and quality of food. Restaurant wasn't busy and were seated quickly. However, there was a long waiting time until our order was taken. Just to point out there is no kids menu either. The truffle mushroom ravioli wasn't available and neither were strawberries for any of the smoothies. There was two small slices of pitta with the hummus we ordered and the Olives were from a jar.My partner ordered a chicken katsu curry, it was more like a Thai green curry with katsu curry mixed In. Chicken wasn't fried how it normally should be. I ordered the Teriyaki mango salmon. The salmon was similar to those slices you get In the supermarket, and one of the salmon pieces was still raw in the middle! Side salad was nice but again it had honey mustard dressing that comes from a bottle from the supermarket. After three bites of the salmon and realising it was raw we sent it back! Only to be told they would only take 50% off the bill. Only after persisting we got that taken off.To top of off they still charged us with the £1 dining fee per adult.Over priced and underwhelming. Not returning again.

Honestly, the food was really good! The atmosphere and the staff were lovely too! One of our new favourite places! So glad this place opened :)

Very slow service . Waited 15 minutes for drinks and 25 minutes to be served just two lemon drizzles (it was not busy at all). Then when we paid I noticed that we have been charged a service charge of £1 per person for dining in. This will be my first and last time I will attend here. The lemon drizzles where lovely though!

The food was so nice. We ordered a chicken shawarma wrap and requested it to be extra spicy and they did just that. The mojito was refreshing and the strawberry split smoothie was delicious. The service by our waitress Eeraj was so welcoming. Would definitely reccoment and will visit again.

It was a calm venue for what I went there for which was a little bridal shower. We had the place to ourselves. We were free to use the space to take pictures and all. The food was amazing because I ordered prawn fajitas. It was heavenly. Katie and Abraham were so helpful and all smiles. I really enjoyed my time there. The decor is so warm and welcoming. I recommend!

Lovely staff and a very cosy spot. I only had latte and a mince pie but saw that they had so many veggie and vegan options. I’d defo come back for the poke bowl or the avo on toast.

The service is incredibly slow. One of the waitresses with the cropped hair needs training she may be shy but it comes across as rude with attitude. They had both doors open and we were cold she closed one of them. Asked a different waitress who closed them both only to have the owner open one of them again. Customers do not want to sit in their coats whilst they eat a meal. Plus they charge you £1 each to eat in - this is just odd. It doesn’t look like a takeaway place so why charge extra? The menu on their website has cheaper prices than you see on the menu when you go in person. First and last visit from us. Confusing and tacky decor.

I had a lovely experience at this restaurant, the service by Aribah was amazing. She made me feel so welcome and took her time to explain the menu to me to ensure I got something I would like which I really appreciated. The food was great and has even became one of my regular places to dine.

The premise us great, but the food tasted dull, like a first attempt at making a curry with only half the ingredients. My Thai green curry was so watery and in a tiny bowl that I was prompted to ask the waiter if it was actually what I had ordered. He stepped back to the bar and immediately mimicked what I had just said to his 2 colleagues who all giggled. The empty restaurant/café was dull and quiet so of course I heard. I thought salt might improve the taste of the bland rice, but what was brought to me was regular salt coloured with something neon pink to pass off as himalayan salt. Another fad of the 'health food' trends. Speed of service was fine and the food was a good temperature.

Firstly waited about 40 mins for dishes. All food is bought out separately, one person could have finished their meal before the next one came. Wedges were raw and burger was over cooked. Bean sprouts were raw in the ramen noodles (against NHS guidelines). Took waitress 20 mins to tell us that the nacho starters weren’t available. Service was shockingly poor. Ramen noodles were similar to pot noodles. Would not recommend
