Ordered online, was delivered really quicklyCheesy fries were burnt and dry the cheesy nachos and the large veggie supreme was cold, called them and they sent the fries again but they were also burnt, so overrated won’t be ordering again too expensive for what you get.

Ordered pizza and garlic bread 14/3/24 thought we would give them one more try …it was disgusting….it was dry and absolutely vile and gave me a really bad stomach even tho I only had 2 slices of the what should have been lasagna pizza ….

Ordered pizza and wedges on line. Arrived in good time, however, very disappointed with the quality of both pizzas ordered. They were over cooked, dry, curled up and I suspect not fresh dough. Very expensive to be extremely disappointed. Won't be using Preston West again.

Got a takeaway. The meaty pizza and the veggie wrap went down a treat. We weren't sure if the little garlic bread we got was the garlic dippers we had ordered, we enjoyed it nonetheless. We also ordered four cookies for two adults. We received cookies for a midget. Overall decent.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I ordered a pizza from here an hour and a half ago. It’s past midnight and the food is still not here despite paying for it. They never even offered any reimbursement or apologies for the delay. I’ve had Domino’s from other places and it arrives fast. This place is horrible, please save your money and time and find somewhere else to order from.

After somewhat never experiencing the same childhood nostalgia I had when having a dominoes back then I had all but given up in the company. I learned getting older each is a franchise and its up to the individual store owners to want to adhere to quality and standards. I order from the tulketh (preston west) dominoes, at first 2 months ago and the exact flavours from my childhood were there again. The quality was as good if not better and the delivery man 'dave' was super friendly and efficient. I hate the anxiety of grabbing your food out of the warmer bags when its all piled upon each other but he pops it all in my arms with a friendly joke and cheery smile each time. The food quality and the service of this particular franchise are phenomenal and after 5 orders I'm yet to experience even a miniscule slip in those standards. This is the best domino's franchise in preston maybe even the best in the entire north west and beyond and maybe some of the poor reviews are some of the others based around this large city or maybe previous staff and owners. Keep it up guys your the best go to food delivery in oreston. From the full to the brim stomachs of the Harrison family :)

Gave us the worst food poisoning of our lives and then they wouldn’t even say sorry. We reported it to them straight away to make sure this didn’t happen to anyone else & they made out like we were lying! Really rude and arrogant staff members.

We were a bit apprehensive about ordering from here due to recent reviews but we are glad we did! Firstly, we ordered on the app for 50% off pizzas. Our order was delivered within 30 minutes, everything was cooked perfectly and still hot, and the delivery driver was very polite. The menu has a lot more options than I’ve seen at other Domino’s stores too. I particularly love that they offer half and half! I would suggest ignoring the bad reviews (although I can’t comment on the vegetarian/vegan stuff). Yes it can be expensive, but they always have good deals on and it’s great for a midweek treat! ?

Ordered domino's for the first time in years. It was quite nice but gave me food poisoning. I've leave out the details but it was violent. Leaving me sick for 3 days and resulting in loosing work. 2 weeks on after complaining and they still have not issued a refund. Had to send emails. Call the store, and even call customer service. Rude staff. Hopeless service. Dirty food. Truly disappointed.AVOID.
