I’ve never enjoyed this branch of kfc- lazy can’t be bothered staff, rubbish service, awful food, but it’s our local so we just live with it. Tonight I walked in and the guy asked me if he could help only to be almost clothes-lined by the ‘manager’ squawking “we’ve got no chicken, we’ve got no chicken”. On expansion it turned out that they did, in fact, have chicken, but it was only chicken with bones in, but it was made clear that I was not expected to order any of that- eek! The last time I was told this branch of kfc had no chicken was Christmas Eve, when our tradition of kfc and Muppets Christmas Carol was ruined by me being told there was ‘no chicken’ and then having to wait 3 HOURS for a scrap of anything resembling kfc. Embarrassingly bad service, bad food (when you do actually get served) and shocking customer service must make this the worst kfc in the world- congratulations. And,yes, I have complained and received a similar can’t—be-arsed response every time. Time for goodbye I think/hope

Just a quick note to describe my experience of the competence, care, understanding and knowledge of standards at this branch of KFC.Ordered a Boneless Banquet and 2 Vegetarian Rice boxes.Waited for 10 minutes whilst food is being prepared. Then saw a member of staff putting all my order into one large bag.Calling out to another member of staff for the vegetarian rice boxes.A cry of misunderstanding was heard... "What. You wanted veggie ones? ". Oh no.(Yes, they had made Zinger ones instead.)Less than one minute later, hey Preston my meal was ready.Questioning the earlier commotion I had overheard, the member of staff told me that they had made the wrong ones and that totally new ones had be made up in record time.I opened up the rice box.She has told me a pack of lies. I mentioned this work of fiction and was told that they would make new ones instead.I could not get into her head and she did do seem to grasp the concept of contamination or the error they had made.I asked for the Manager.He seemed to be as disinterested as her, just kept instisting that all was well as we were being made a fresh order. Not one iota of the concept of the major error that they had made, the lack of care, cross contamination, the fundamental folly of feeding a vegetarian food which had once touched meat.Useless clowns, who I would not trust to run a bath.Vegetarian options: Good luck with that. They don't even understand the concept.

Ordered 4 mega gravy box meals, never again sadly RICHARD was too lazy to make some more fries and had looked like he picked up a scoop of chips, threw it in a box and took the rest of the 3 box meals to the back to distribute the chips, I had about 8 chips in each box. He also looked like he spits when he talks… this is appalling for £5 each. However Cyprian was a speedy worker and looked generous with his servings.

Not worth one star but had to click to be able to post! It’s not the first time have ordered from here and although it is normally good, the last few times have been far from ok! The orders have been wrong,I’ve paid for priority delivery and still waiting and hour and then not received what I have paid for!!!! Far from ok and will not be ordering from here again after to many chances!!!!!!!!

I ordered zinger burger meal, large gravy 4 hot wings. I received 9 chips, that looked like the previous days left overs. My zinger burger was dry, with the lettuce in the box, not on the burger. I only got 2 tiny hot wings, and 2 pieces of skin battered. The 2 young lads preparing and serving, seemed totally uninterested. Totally disappointed, and will not be returning to that branch again.

This used to be the best KFC in the area,However following my visit yesterday I would now class it to be the worst.One redeeming factor the young man serving the table was pleasant and friendly and attentive a pity the rest of the staff could not match neither could the food.

Bought a boneless banquet from kfc and the chicken was dry and shrivelled like it had been cooked yesterday and kept warm same with the fries except these were Luke warm and burnt finally the gravy was watery and no flavour Do not go to this store until the staff are taught how to cook and rotate food I now know why there were no customers when we went

Just called in to get food for my family. Got home to find half of the items missing and no answer when tried to call
Ordered at 7.40pm still ringing store at 10.10pm cos no order arrived. Store never answers. Just eat tell you to call store. Absolute joke and £24 out of pocket.....disgusting service.....cheese on toast it is and will try for refund tomorrow

Freezing cold and filthy inside. One of staff (Cyprian) was loudly complaining about the smell of off chicken in the fridge. The kitchen looked every bit as disgusting as he said- if the food had been for me I wouldn't have bothered.Took 10 minutes to order and 30 minutes to get food. The staff are clearly struggling.

One person serving, one person putting the food together and queued all the way round the shop. To top it off was like a youth club, with kids telling staff that their order was wrong. This was at lunch time. Also like many other KFC establishments the chicken needs cooking a bit longer or being allowed to rest a little. Next time I'll go hungry
