I’ve never enjoyed this branch of kfc- lazy can’t be bothered staff, rubbish service, awful food, but it’s our local so we just live with it. Tonight I walked in and the guy asked me if he could help only to be almost clothes-lined by the ‘manager’ squawking “we’ve got no chicken, we’ve got no chicken”. Just a quick note to describe my experience of the competence, care, understanding and knowledge of standards at this branch of KFC.Ordered a Boneless Banquet and 2 Vegetarian Rice boxes.Waited for 10 minutes whilst food is being prepared. Then saw a member of staff putting all my order into one large bag.Calling out to another member of staff for the vegetarian rice boxes.A cry of misunderstanding was heard... "What. Ordered 4 mega gravy box meals, never again sadly RICHARD was too lazy to make some more fries and had looked like he picked up a scoop of chips, threw it in a box and took the rest of the 3 box meals to the back to distribute the chips, I had about 8 chips in each box. He also looked like he spits when he talks… this is appalling for £5 each. However Cyprian was a speedy worker and looked generous with his servings.
