I ordered a 6 inch meal deal to be delivered tonight tht was at BT 5.20pm . The order went through n said would be delivered at 6.05pm . At 5.50pm I gt a up date to say the driver was close to look out for him he be here at 6.55pm . So I did . 6.05pm came no food . So I rang the store at tulketh mill where I placed my order . They said they didn't know what has happened they was going to contact driver n ring me back . I rang them a further 5times no answer . Still no food . So I gt in car n went down there . When gt there shop was empty two staff on so they could of answered the phone . I told them the problem n the girl said il make it up for you now . No apology no compensation free something nothing very disappointed in attitude . They have now lost a loyal customer .

Came in for cookies that were pre packed, I picked up the required quantity, the team leader first picked them up and slammed them back on the rack, then ignored the fact I was stood there and started to serve the next person. The service was

Apathy levels high here. Staff could not have been less interested. I asked for no chillies; the lady added chillies and when I pointed out NO CHILLIES she picked them off one by one and flicked them back in the pot. Good job I'm not allergic. Needless to say, I didn't eat the sandwich.

Awful customer service, very dirty, was going to dine in, but every table was dirty and unwashed. When I asked a member of staff for a cloth to wipe a table, I was given attitude. The food was over cooked and I had to ask for the coffee twice before it was handed to me with a tut from the member of staff. We definitely won't be returning

One of the worst subways I've been too and I'm not a subway fan. It's a last resort choice for me, but my partners go to. The staff were rude, couldn't cut bread in half or slice it! Not a clean table in sight, every table was either taken or needed clearing.

Ordered a chicken tikka salad that came with no chicken tikka and the wrong cheese.Dietary restrictions: ordered vegan cheese due to a dietary requirement and got given shredded mozzarella.

The woman serving looked like she couldn’t be bothered. The bread was stale and she didn’t even cut a foot long in half. She didn’t listen to what salad I asked for. Absolutely awful service. Oh and we were informed that they had no chicken at 11.45am!

Gentlemen working Saturday 25th around half six Asian and man with bold head both were lovely but I was struggling using app and bold head man was great placed my order and told me points I could use and make my order cheaper, this was great with cost rising at moment. Sandwiches were a lovely treat and great service thank you

The worst sub I have every had. Soggy Brad. Cold and a manager on the phone moaning about working to many hours. AVOID ITS A EXPENSIVE HAZARD
