Breakfast good but I don't eat eggs so 2 eggs not served and had to pay for the 1 extra sausage I requested. No water served as ordered and had to ask twice for the coffee which came as I'd finished the food. 50p for brown sauce which I was told about seemed a bit tight and have not come across this before. Waitresses were good and I would have happily tipped if I hadn't felt chiseled on the sausage and sauce.

Very odd, visited here on Sunday was served by teen/young female adults in extremely short dresses. Made the whole dining experience awkward, especially when they lent over to hand over food/collect empty plates from the nearby tables.1 hot drink didn't arrive at all yet they still charged us for it.Food arrived cold, especially the all the chips and sausage ciabatta.Very disappointed as I'd visited before and it was great.. I'd told my family about how good it was, so when I brought them to try it they were very disappointed.

WOW!! Absolutely amazing place. I absolutely loved the food, it was so hard to choose to what to eat. The friendly atmosphere was amazing and so welcoming. I can’t wait to go back.Vegetarian options: I had the poached eggs with avocado, halloumi and hollandaise sauce. ??Parking: Easy to park just around the side and free.Kid-friendliness: We took my friends 3year old and the staff where great with her. Even made a special meal just for her.

I ordered the beef and onion pie which arrived totally burnt with burnt chips. Pastry was inedible. Amazed they had the cheek to serve it! Wouldn’t go again!

Shockingly bad staff attitude.When somebody enquires about a school work placement, there is nothing wrong in saying "Sorry - we aren't taking on school placements" without being a rude
What a wonderful place to dine. The staff are so friendly, helpful and very accomodating, nothing is too much trouble for them if you need anything. The food is absolutely delicious and a brilliant selection of set menu choices and specials. Definitely recommend and can't wait to return.Vegetarian options: A great selection of vegetarian options and all so tasty.

Busy lunch - we were not acknowledged so sat at the only table available. Asked waitress if we could order, my son a burger and cappuccino and fruit t cake for me. Waited and waited over 25 mins I finished my coffee, I asked at the till how long, I was told a further 20 mins “ it is a burger that takes time” I was told - over 40 minutes for a burger and most diners seemed to be eating already? “ you can order something else if you like or a piece of cake maybe”??? Poor communication and customer service, and when it did arrive it was not the best, just like you would make at home yourself. On leaving we felt very uncomfortable as staff behind the counter seemed to laugh loudly on our exit - not too sure what was so amusing, won’t visit again
