I can’t wait to go back.Vegetarian options: I had the poached eggs with avocado, halloumi and hollandaise sauce. ??Parking: Easy to park just around the side and free.Kid-friendliness: We took my friends 3year old and the staff where great with her. Even made a special meal just for her.

As I am Coeliac, I find it difficult to eat out safely and without the feeling that I am deliberately making it difficult. It is obvious that The Woolpack are fully aware of the issues of preparing and serving food to someone with Coeliac Disease.There is a separate GF menu with a wonderful choice of starters, mains and desserts. I personally had the lasagne which came with garlic bread, you could not tell it was gluten free, and it certainly wasn't a small portion. The same can be said for the apple crumble with custard.We will certainly be back as I want to try the rest of the GF menu, which includes all the pizzas.They also informed us that they prepare and cook the GF food in a separate area of the kitchen.

Blossom Restaurant & Takeaway
13 Bacup Rd, RossendaleOrdered for delivery from Blossom as we've eaten there before and it's been great. When it arrived (very quickly) we found that one of the dishes we had ordered was missing. Upon ringing back, it appeared that the order hadn't gone through for this, and we hadn't been charged as a result.We were fine with this as it was only one item and the rest of the order was correct. As we started to eat we got a call from Blossom who confirmed that I had ordered the item and there had been a glitch on the system. Even though I hadn't been charged they apologised and sent it free of charge. This was above and beyond what was expected, and all the food was lovely too.I really appreciate the kind gesture and would happily recommend Blossom for a great Chinese takeaway in the Rawtenstall area.

582 Burnley Rd, RossendaleThis cafe is an absolute gem. The breakfasts are perfectly cooked (and I am VERY fussy), the service is fantastic, food arrives promptly, it is spotlessly clean. What more could you ask - delicious homemade cakes and flapjacks? They have those too! Individual chocoate orange cheesecake was unbelievably good. And they do takeaway. With this standard of food and service it can get busy, so consider booking ahead. Highly recommended.

2 Burnley Rd, RossendaleJust had a take away fir the first time from here. Wow! Really impressed, the food arrived on time on a bank holiday weekend Saturday night. Really tasty and everything was piping hot, even the poppadoms were warm. Curry had some heat without being overpowering and full of flavour. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again.

We were given enough time to read through the extensive menu and the waitress gave us great recommendations.. Cheese and onion pie is fantastic!! 1 Brook St, RossendaleCame here as part of a birthday pub crawl and had a fab night. The atmosphere is great and outside tables have heat lamps above them which was a huge plus. Drinks were great but on the more expensive side, between our group of 8 we spent a small fortune (was well worth the 50p-£1 extra per drink to sit in a nice place). Ended up staying here most of the night thanks to the AMAZING customer service from Jason who really made the evening for us all and was super helpful, polite and charismatic! He was absolutely above and beyond !! Overall a great place with great staff, would recommend.

Haslingden Rd, Rawtenstall, RossendaleInitially went to McDonalds for a a Mayo Chicken Burger and a white coffee, walked through drive-thru because store was only doing drive-thru at around 2:30AM but was refused food because I didn't have a car not that there was any reason why I needed a car to order food, so me and my friend went to the shell across the road and bought a chicken Tandoori sandwich, a coffee and a KitKat and was fair on price and woman was lovely and made me my coffee as I wasn't allowed in the shop as it was window service.

Ordered smashed avocado on toast with poached eggs and halloumi which cost over £10 which was 1 small slice of sourdough with a thin layer of avocado and four slices of halloumi. Overpriced in my opinion. We also ordered waffle with salted caramel which was £4.95 so we expected freshly cooked. Unfortunately this was shop bought. Outside was warm but the middle was cold. Real disappointment compared to my last visit.

They've changed the coating on the chicken nuggets and it's much less processed. It's enough for us and the kids plus we always have extra the next day. Food delivered hot and fresh within 30m and got a 20% discount using their website to order. We always have a good experience here. Don't understand the poor reviews.

Yes it’s a little pricey but it’s worth it for freshly cooked food and yes it takes a little longer to arrive but again it’s freshly cooked! I’d hate to order chicken and it be served to me within 10 minutes!! I believe if you’re in good company, you shouldn’t be checking your watch!!

The food was standard for McDonald's and the staff were nice enough. 4 stars as there was a limit on sauces, 1 per meal, which I've never encountered in the UK and is annoying. Overall I would reccomend for a fairly unique McDonald's experience.
