Miserable old woman serving this morning , no smile asked for a vanilla latte and gave me abnormal one! I asked for cream and she looked at me with disgust! Very poor experience at this branch! Greggs needs to put her on a customer service course!

Said I was open during the queen's funeral. I went there starving, ready for my sausage roll. Surely my annual tax payments had earned me this - it was in fact closed. Oh dear.
Usual offering but there are so many cafes and takeaway food restaurants in Rawtenstall not my first choice. That said its another strong business supporting the town.. Don't sell Hot Cross buns ?

Has what you want freshly baked 99% of time. Always friendly efficient service. We often come here as prefer the products to local bakery over road.
