New pumps and friendly staff. If only customers would use the 7 (yes, seven!) forecourt bins instead of the floor for their discarded items.....

Initially went to McDonalds for a a Mayo Chicken Burger and a white coffee, walked through drive-thru because store was only doing drive-thru at around 2:30AM but was refused food because I didn't have a car not that there was any reason why I needed a car to order food, so me and my friend went to the shell across the road and bought a chicken Tandoori sandwich, a coffee and a KitKat and was fair on price and woman was lovely and made me my coffee as I wasn't allowed in the shop as it was window service.

Not had any issues until today. The attitude from the attendant was awful. Instead of listening when the petrol pump wouldn’t work she was rude and belittling, insinuating we didn’t know how to put fuel in a car. She used the person using it next as an example of it working, when he was pumping diesel and we were using petrol? Funnily enough the pump we moved to worked, which suggests we do in fact know how to fill up a car. I’m shocked at how unpleasant of an experience we’ve just had when all we went to do was get petrol.
