“Great wheelchair accessible place for a meal. The staff are really lovely. Service was good and drinks and food order taken very quickly. Drink and food arrived in good time. We had the "little" portion sizes which was good for lunch. My Steak and ale pie had plenty of steak. Toilets were very clean and fresh. You can take dogs in (there is a dog friendly section behind the bar).I would not have known you could eat here as is wasn't obvious from the outside, my mum mentioned they had eaten there years ago otherwise we would have missed it. Having said that others know to come here as it was nicely busy.I am just very grateful to find somewhere that welcomed my Dad and his wheelchair.Wheelchair accessibility: This has good wheelchair access on the entrance to the right of the building. There are plenty of tables available which are wheelchair accessible (not all are as some tables are on a platform one step up). There is also plenty of space around the tables to easily accommodate a wheelchair.”

“Had a group of 20 or so of us arrived. We all gathered together in the bar area, ordered fries and drinks, coffees as well as alcohol and sofr drinks. Staff were very polite and had a great time.”

“We had a lovely experience start to finish.Great food, and lovely staff who all took really good care of us, our dog, and our friend's child.They were so lovely about turning the music down for my neurodiverse ears.There was good range of dietary requirements provision for our friends.It was the best roast beef we've ever had on a carvery, at least 8 types of yummy veg, 3 types of spud and lots of crackling!And the football was on at a pleasant volume, so Mr was happy too.We'll be back :)Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegans in our party were very happy. The ice cream was enormous and delicious!Kid-friendliness: No eyelids were batted at our young friend's eccentric ice cream eating technique!”
