Good for letting dog off the lead with plenty of bins. Small kids playground and small skate board park. Car park but park round the back which is free. Right next to the beach/ promenade.
Visited with the family at the weekend and we had a great time! Parking was reasonable, only £2 for 3 hours.The wide open grass area is perfect for playing sports and was clean and free from dog mess and litter.There are three play parks around the edge of the grass with a variety of equipment sizes meaning there should be something for any child to play on regardless of age. Nice bit of grass. Half of it is walled off at the moment for some reason, there's an enormous pile of giant rocks on the other side. I had a nice picnic in there with Nicola and Ivy the other day so now it will always be special to me.
