Just stopped for food on way passed one night. We were very happy with the first visit, we stopped the next two times we went past also. Friendly staff, clean facilities as far as I saw, and great food. I had steak pie first visit, 5 piece breakfast second time and beef curry next time. All cooked great and a decent cuppa tea to boot. Recommended if you're passing, trucker or not.

I discovered this great little hotel/restaurant/ service station by accident today on the way to Hindhead Surrey from Glasgow. The staff were really nice and no motorway fast food franchise could match them for the quality or quantity of food served.I'll be stopping in again on the way home to Glasgow and any other time I'm going back to Surrey.The prices I was quoted for a room were more than reasonable.I would advise anyone traveling in that area to consider using them.G.

Pulled up no signs saying no food after a maximum day finished all checks went in for food and got sorry no restaurant open because no signs no time to travel else there very very poor management (ps learn truck driving manager to run a truck stop )

Probably the best food at a service station in the UK. The second best is the farm shop one near Carlisle on the M6 but its a lot more pricey. Get a meal here, it's really nice. I don't drive a truck either
