Very poor food on New Years Day. Pancake rolls were tangy. Out of 7 of us only one person was able to eat all of their food. Bland and tasteless. Will never use this Takeaway again!

Had a mixed grill ? well that’s what they called it, 2 bits of bacon, 2 small hot dog sausages, bit of beef curtain and a lamb chop mostly consisting of fat ?Lots of gravy, onions and mushrooms!Last visit for me ?

we tried to order delivery and they told us it was all okay and it would take about 1.5 hours - 2 hours and since we were doing something at the time we decided that that would be okay and then we left to wait. Then after about an hour, we recieved a call and they told us we were too far away for delivery and that we had to go to them to pick up our food. i could not go and neither could anyone else as we had some drinks before. terrible customer service all they said was ‘i am sorry we cant deliver as the driver wont go that far’ and we had to order at another chinese takeaway. this was late at night aswell. go to China Chef in coalville instead as they do nice food and great customer service.

Asked for chilli chips, like chips with some onions and chopped chillies on themWe got chips with about 2kg worth of chilli powder on them to hot to eat to salty couldn't enjoy my meal at all plus the green papers were raw. Won't go back I'll find a new place to eat.

Absolutely appalling!! We rang to complain&took our food back to be met with rude, disrespectful staff telling me to fuck off even though we didn't kick off one bit. When my partner challenged him he was very rude. Food was bland, tasteless. Didn't touch any of the food to only receive half of our money back. Do not recommend will also be taking the further. As a business man you should never swear or treat customers like that! Absolutely disgusting! Would not even give 1star!

Awful food tonight- ordered beef and onion with egg fried rice. The beef was in a gloupy pale coating looked like dog food jelly - gone are the days the beef was actually brown and in gravy! Other half had chicken balls - they were bland and had a funny taste to them. Sadly we won’t be coming back here! Used to be the best in Coalville- not the case anymore, not sure why the food is cooked this way!
