Gobsmacked with the phone service to the point I cancelled my orderThe women was rude didn’t want to listen to what I wanted nor did she listen to where I wanted it to go!!!!!Said nothing after my card details were given then put the phone down on me … tried calling bk several times and was totally ignored..then rang me saying food was here ??Let’s just say it wasn’t where I asked her for it to go ? …Other than this treatment the pizza I’ve had in the past are yummy….

Missing chips when ordered for delivery through Just Eat. Rang them and they said they would send them out and never did.

Ordered via just eat, was missing items, rang up the person on the phone sounded like they didn't know what they was doing, said they would send the item out been 2 and half hours and still not received.

Ordered via the website at 7.35 on a Friday evening, estimated delivery time 30-45 mins. After waiting & calling a couple of times to be told the order was on the way it finally arrived at 9.20. The food that arrived was not what we ordered and was burnt to the point of being inedible. Called back to request that the food be collected and requested a refund, they didn’t come back & then stopped answering the phone. Awful service, don’t waste your money.

Very disappointed .\\nOrder 1 thin and 1 deep pan both Hawaiian sent 2 thin base ,added pepperoni to 1 as extra ,only pepperoni is on pizza .\\nLooks like someone dropped the boxes .\\nReally not impressed wont be ordering pizza again .shame this order is a let dow because the burgers are amazing from here .
