62 Main St, Countesthorpe, LeicesterEven though I live in Broughton Astley, I always travel to Dine India in Countesthorpe because the curries are by far the best around. The food is consistently fresh, full of flavour and the portions are very generous.
Jimmy, the manager, is always around and happy to have a chat, which gives the restaurant a really friendly atmosphere. Whenever my son orders a curry, Jimmy makes sure it’s prepared nut-free, which we appreciate a lot.
The restaurant also has a 5-star hygiene rating, which gives extra peace of mind. I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try if you love a good curry.

18 Foston Rd, Countesthorpe, LeicesterUsed this garden centre a lot over the years, staff are always friendly, good selection of plants and equipment that are well sectioned and easy to locate what you’re after.
I will say the prices in the cafe have got completely out of control, few pence short of a tenner for a fish finger sandwich now. Last time I went I decided not to bother as those costs.
