Where do you start, so they have just introduced barriers inside the store but you have to go through the barrier before you can get a basket, but if you want a meal deal you then have to force back through the barrier sounding alarm, the meal deals are pathetic nothing on shelves no matter what day or time. Then there's the overall look the aisles have packaging littered on floors every aisle, cages left in the middle of aisles to dodge. Staff that just walk straight at you so you have to move which I will no longer do. Then at self serve tills when the red light appears you need assistance the so called Happy to help staff are far too engrossed in conversation you are ignored. As for whom ever has the title of store manager at this store I wouldn't have faith in them to change a bin bag let alone manage a supermarket... who in the right mind stacks the baskets inside store past the automatic barriers ???? Something only a FOOL would do...... Morrisons are a far better bet much tidier and cleaner to no obstacles in aisles to dodge and you get the basket as you enter store, and the staff are more attentive when assistance is required. Overall ASDA Hinckley is the Pits .....

Very disappointed with how Hinckley asda as changed bin going there for over fourth years now having to use self service tills that cannot scan the products quick enough they have so many break downs it's making me think about shopping elsewhere now Management need to think before they lose the customers ???

small but good for a weekly shop.

Shopped regularly for years but now I can’t abide the place. Utter chaos most of the stock is on top of the shelves still boxed whilst shelves are empty, staff trying to re stock store during shopping hours and now doors on all fridges making the experience longer and more frustrating, aisles are overcrowded and suffocating. I get they are trying to to create a more efficient and cost effective store but I don’t want to shop in a factory environment.

Very friendly store, selling everything you need, including a pharmacy.

Why has the Just essentials milk gone from being on a pallet trolley to just on a shelf with minimal stock (2 facing on a shelf)?

This store is very dated and looks like it's either in the middle of a re-fit or in the process of being ransacked. Some of the staff are lacking in customer care training, however most of the staff are quite helpful and friendly. The car park is quite disjointed and also needs a redisign.

Just had a meal in Hinckley Asda cafe with our grandchild. There was only one lady cooking, serving and clearing away. She was so pleasant, helpful and calm. She deserves a medal

Does what it says on the tin, very similar to other Asda’s I have been to recently. Only constructive criticism is that it’s quite far from my house in Wolverhampton, so wouldn’t have minded it being a bit closer.
