Starters - Poppadoms , salt and pepper paneer and tandoori salmon ( slightly extra charge for the salmon )
Mains - butter chicken and chicken tikka masala.
Sides - onion and potato naan and saffron boiled rice.
Drinks - mocktail fruit crush and a mango lassi.
Service was bang on. No complaints and waiting time was nice and short.
The starters was absolutely lovely no complaints.
The mains were a bit hit and miss.
The butter chicken was very tasty but tikka masala unfortunately didnt hit the spot for me. It tasted like a ready meal.
Drinks were nice and refreshing but the lassi lacked presentation. ( I say this based on other places selling the same made a great presentation of lassi. )
Saffron rice was lovely and light along with the naan too. Probably would return to try other dishes.
Decent atmosphere there too. Tables wasn't too crammed together. Plenty there too.
Overall decent visit.

8 Hollier's Walk, HinckleyIf you're unsure about trying Nepalese food, don't be. There are a lot of dishes you'll recognise, like those you get in Indian takeaways, but momos are the exception and taste amazing from here. Also, in comparison, the dishes are so fresh. Definitely will be our go-to curry house.

My partner had a stir fry in Oyster sauce and loved it. We both shared a mixed starter which was delightful. Reasonably priced too. Would 100% Recommend and we can’t wait to return

We tried the food from 7H restaurant on our travel from London and we must say that the price and quality of South Indian food available here is par above from what we get London. A lot of South Indian varieties are there and we tried chicken kothu parotta, chettinadu chicken curry, sambar vada, minced meat rice, Butter Naan etc. Definitely recommend this place and will visit again if we pass through this place.

The Crescent, HinckleyWe had a baby shower meal for a friend here and tarro lounge were very accommodating. On arrival we had bought decorations and a cake and nothing was too much trouble for Fossey, finding us vases, a cake stand and little bits to make the table look lovely! They were also very accommodating for such a big group of us! Would definitely recommend, we had a lovely afternoon! :)

I don't like pulled pork.. but the lady gave me a little taste of the pulled pork they serve..and it was lovely..so decided to get a big American burger with pulled pork.. and it was the best burger I've ever had.. absolutely lovely....I've been to burger houses all over the UK..and nothing comes close to these burgers . .well worth the price I payed ..will be definitely be going back here .. 100%..

314 Coventry Rd, HinckleyFirst time I've visited and I have to say what an amazing place. We arrived early but that wasn't a problem at all for the staff took us straight to out table and got our drinks order while we looked at the menu they did not rush us at all.
The food was served quickly but was presented beautifully and was piping hot.
The atmosphere was amazing staff took time to speak to us and were happy to get us everything we asked for. Nothing was to much trouble for them at all.
I would highly recommend this restaurant for Indian food there is a English section and kids menu too

It's usually super busy and nowhere to park my van, but I got lucky. I had chips and gravy, hand on my heart, I was literally blown away with the chips. Never tried chips like them melt in the mouth, soft and fluffy. I'll be back !!

They accommodated us very ladt minute (with in half an hour of me calling to book) with fantastic service. The lovely lady Liz that cleared the tables between pir courses was lovely as was the amazing waitress hthst brought everything out ( Unfortunately I didn't catch her name) the barstaff were also wonderful. Thank you for making our family boxing day meal memorable. Xx

The staff, all of whom appeared related, were welcoming, professional and friendly. Finding a table was no trouble and we were quickly and comfortably seated.\nThe meal was delicious, the background music just that, in the background and the staff were all anxious to be of assistance. It is a joy to find staff, all knowledgeable, who enjoy their work and are keen for you, the customer, to enjoy their time. There was no pressure to hurry and we finished the meal with liqueur coffees, that completed a perfect visit. Thank you.

Derby Rd, HinckleyFood is definitely yummy, we had fish and chips, everything is very nice, hot and yum.Shop is clean, clear menu and deals.Staff can be a little more friendly, they are not rude, but no hello and no smile, it’s not even busy when we went, we were the only customers.Plenty of free road parking outside the shop. There is a very small step to get in or out of the shop.

Really impressed with Brookside, all our portions of fish & chips were excellent as was the service. All the Gluten free food is prepared on order, large portions and available every day of the week. Excellent food & service. Highly recommend.

Sometimes the servive is a little slow but there tends to be a new face in there when it is so I'm not bothered if they're taking their time to make sure things are done right.Parking: Honestly there isn't many places to park depending on what time you go, there's a couple spaces outside the shop and then across the road but then once they're full it'll be easiest to park on a nearby street as this place is on a busy road with lots of apartments.

The Bricklayers, 23 Leicester Rd, Sharnford, HinckleyThis is a lovely little pub, with excellent food.
We went on a Saturday evening as a walk-in and they were very accommodating and found us a table.
The serving staff were really polite and friendly and the eating area was nicely decorated and clean.
I had Garlic and Thyme lamb and my wife had the pie of the day and both were really tasty. They came out in good time, on clean plates and were nice and hot. We both had desert too and these were also really good.
The price is reasonable and there is also a decent sized, free carpark opposite for patrons.
All in all this was a lovely pub for a meal and I'd happily recommend it if you're in the area.

I ordered whitebait,scampi and sticky toffee pudding which was served with 3 scopes of ice cream, to die for yummy. Keith ordered spicy chicken wings, ham egg and chips and apple.crumble .The wings all 6 of them very spicy but smashing. Everything was cooked, hot and presented well.There is also a large garden by the canal.This is good pub food well worth a visit.

The Atkins Building, Lower Bond St, HinckleyI always try to come here for a smoked salmon and avocado bagel on Wednesday afternoons. Easily the best bagel I've ever had in Hinckley! The staff are lovely, and the customer service is always top-notch. They also usually stock jars of homemade caramelised onion chutney, which makes a handy present if I’ve ever forgotten to get my mum something! If they have any homemade cake available, go for it! It is always delicious and doesn't hang around for long!

Black Horse
Upper Bond St, HinckleyMe and my band had the pleasure of playing at this delightful charming pub last night. The Landlady and her daughter could not have been more helpful, we are a 6 piece band and space was tight. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff and customers who I have to say seems to be one big black horse family , moved furniture around for us amazing. We have played a few local pubs now and have to say the Black Horse has great staff, friendly lively atmosphere created by the everyone there who all joined in and were singing and dancing. We had a great night, will definitely be coming back hopefully with the band but definitely as a customer .

We tried the food from 7H restaurant on our travel from London and we must say that the price and quality of South Indian food available here is par above from what we get London. A lot of South Indian varieties are there and we tried chicken kothu parotta, chettinadu chicken curry, sambar vada, minced meat rice, Butter Naan etc. Definitely recommend this place and will visit again if we pass through this place.

Tarro Lounge
The Crescent, HinckleyWe had a baby shower meal for a friend here and tarro lounge were very accommodating. On arrival we had bought decorations and a cake and nothing was too much trouble for Fossey, finding us vases, a cake stand and little bits to make the table look lovely! They were also very accommodating for such a big group of us! Would definitely recommend, we had a lovely afternoon! :)

I don't like pulled pork.. but the lady gave me a little taste of the pulled pork they serve..and it was lovely..so decided to get a big American burger with pulled pork.. and it was the best burger I've ever had.. absolutely lovely....I've been to burger houses all over the UK..and nothing comes close to these burgers . .well worth the price I payed ..will be definitely be going back here .. 100%..

Beer is spot on along with the cobs and snacks.

314 Coventry Rd, HinckleyFirst time I've visited and I have to say what an amazing place. We arrived early but that wasn't a problem at all for the staff took us straight to out table and got our drinks order while we looked at the menu they did not rush us at all.
The food was served quickly but was presented beautifully and was piping hot.
The atmosphere was amazing staff took time to speak to us and were happy to get us everything we asked for. Nothing was to much trouble for them at all.
I would highly recommend this restaurant for Indian food there is a English section and kids menu too

5 Church Walk, HinckleyBeen to Hinkley hundreds of times and to be honest, really didn't know about this Little gem. Has the vibe of a greasy spoon but clean! Very nice food, very hot. Excellent staff. And it's clean. Prices are very reasonable. Great value.

127 Upper Bond St, HinckleyI received the distillery tour and gin making class as a gift for my 30th birthday. I’ve never done it before, but it was absolutely fantastic. The staff were informative, friendly and very funny. The experience itself of actually making our own gin and being able to pick all the ingredients was brilliant and I would recommend it to anyone.
