Was ok while open unfortunately the moment lockdown hit they closed and fired all staff. Basically contributed to 10-25% of covid shut downs though this was the only major chain. #insidertrading

The only good part was the incredible selection of drinks with unlimited refills, shame the machines either didn't work or just gave you syrup. The wait for food was incredibly long and it was disgusting, the chicken burgers literally taste like fish and the buns were always hard. They also had teens literally trashing the place and harassing customers and wouldn't do anything about it. So glad there's no chance of this reopening as this place has ruined me from ever trying burger King again after my few sad meals from here

Great food, always hot and great choice of drinks from machine and you can refill as many times as you want!

Filthy dog hole, with shocking customer service and even poorer food. How do you mess up a multi million dollar formula? Easy! Serve every meal with a side of apathy and ensure your drinks machine never works!

Mot even a scratch on KFC or McDonald's as far as fast food goes. High prices, poor quality, unenthusiastic staff, horrible decor and broken drinks machines. Only positive is that they still have plastic straws (I'm all about the environment but can't stand soggy paper in my mouth), but a burger meal costs over £7 depending on your choice which is almost a meal in some local restaurants - I would urge consumers to support local businesses instead of choosing this venue.

As what would seem to be the chosen meeting place of Hinckley's feral youths, its no wonder that the manager looks like he's constantly about to cry, when loud, obnoxious children are shouting profanities across the counter, either to their mates who work there or to each other as they sit with the 99p hamburger they've been obligated to buy to justify cluttering up the place with their pointless personages. This would explain why the drinks machine is constantly empty. and the service is so slow. Honestly, the time it took for my whopper meal to come, I could have gone to a carvery pub (and probably paid less) and have eaten half a plate of food. This place is a shambolic comedy of incompetence and farce. I would definitely recommend stopping by, but only to laugh at the headless chickens behind the counter. Take your money to fab noodles.

Honestly the place is shambles. The drinks machines are always broken, food takes quite a while to come out, the staff are completely disinterested.

Place needs turning into MCD's or Nandos... Food always cold. Drinks machines never work. Ordered a kids burger - got the bun and ketchup - no burger!!!! oh my days.... id give it half a star if that was possible!

Every time passed no customers, not inviting... When did visit no customers eating or seated but stood behind two waiting to be served, but taking order and nothing available cooking when required, taking ages. So Walked Out. Don't bother.

Asked for a burger and asked for only cheese and provided me with everything on it and my mate asked for the same meal but didn’t get chips or a drink the floor was all dirty and the place looked very messy and the drinks machine Didn’t work!! Very poor as the staff was providing the food with out gloves so could possibly be dirty.. very poor wouldn’t recommend!

THE worst place in hinckley to go get some food. I think Burger King is decent so I've been giving it a go every few months since it opened to see if improvements have been made but honestly its like the food has been harvested from another Burger King's bin. They could also do with hiring staff that aren't in Year 9.
