Awful!! Do not offer. Waited nearly an hour and a half for our food to be deleivered….. it never showed up! When ringing numerous times we were told they could not find our address ( they have delivered to us before, with no problems) A waste of money and our time!

Saw that they do Istanbul grill. We thought we would give it a go. We ordered the platter on the phone. It was a bit weird as when they picked up the phone, they didn't say who they were unlike most other take aways etc. The food was delicious and freshly made. Not quite sure what one of the dips was but the garlic dip was nice with the bread.We think the food was lovely. Probably the customer service side may have let them down.

1hr 50 mins for delivery after being told 30 mins. Called and told 5 mins then 25 mins later still waiting. Chips microwaved and soggy. Manager rude

Food was OK only thing I can say is when u order a kebab and ask for chilli and mayo its nice to have it all over instead they Seend it in a small pot but delivery was in the time zone kebab was a kebab and fries were fries would I buy again we shall see
