Came here on a Friday night, the atmosphere was lovely, there were quite a few people in, but it wasn't crowded. We had the seafood banquet for 2 people and it was glorious. Every single dish was beautifully cooked and it all tasted amazing. The staff were lovely and friendly and even the coffee at the end of the meal was presented so lovely and it tasted great. I'd recommend it to anyone and we'll definitely be back 10/10

Booked easily online for this Sunday evening birthday treat. The restaurant was fairly cold inside although they did have a portable gas heater going near our table. Starter courses arrived 15 minutes apart having forgotten to prep one even with just 4 people in the restaurant!!! Main courses arrived at the same time. Both courses were very nice. We have no complaints about the food itself, However, the manager decided to have not a quiet word with the teenage waitress about her career choices during our meal, rather than talk with her in private, which would be the professional way to talk with staff he decided to do it out in the open. Forgetting we were there until we decided to leave. We challenged the manager about his professionalism and he muttered something about how he was just having a word with the waitress. No apology for us, just the bill. We left never to return!

We were a party of 3 and all had something different, my mum had sea bass which was beautiful. I had prawns in Thai curry sauce and my husband had the chicken in the same sauce.. It was so nice and fresh, good quality..Staff were attentive and friendly..Thank you, we had visited reviously with our Grandchildren and it did not disappointon this 2nd visit.. looking forward to coming back for a 3rd time....

First time eating Thai food and was recommended The Golden Spoon by friends. We booked a table last minute and I was delighted with the quality of my food. Staff were very friendly including the young girl who was still learning. They catered around my gluten intolerance and also catered for my partners dairy allergy.We'll certainly be back. Spring rooms super crispy full and fresh and the massaman curry bursting with gentle flavours!From coming in and recieving our starter we were then waiting for just over an hour for our main which was quite longIt was a Friday so it may have been busy, but if so maybe staff should have communicated this.Prices were very reasonable too! And we will be returning :)

We love the staff they are very nice, and the food is delicious everytime. We go there alot. Would and have recommended Golden spoon to anyone I know.Kid-friendliness: Makes my kid feel very welcome and comfortable great interaction with him.Parking: Only a few space outside.
