Had a breakfast, awful. Two big mushrooms that were so over cooked you could resolve your shoes with them. Same with the black pudding, which was extra. Gives a fried breakfast a bad name. Bloody terrible.

Have had two meals from here last two months,a"Christmas dinner?" With processed turkey joint/roll,and a fried breakfast.Nothing to write home about, both bordered from item being acceptably hot to cooler than Luke warm, some items fresh, others looked as if they'd been cooked hours ago.Staff are amiable enough though,so an extra star.I could go on,but, basically, give it a miss!

Good supermarket cafe. The food is good and reasonably priced.

Slow on the service and at times cold food. Drink over priced and again arrive warm.

Disappointed. Firstly wanted Coke Zero bottle none in stock whatsoever, then£1.90 Coke Zero serve yourself only water or clear liquid no Coke. Ordered Large fish and chips . Chips luke warm, mushy peas cold though strangely fish was hot. My son had breakfast and bacon stone cold. Seriously something needs to be done. Used to enjoy but not anymore.I just hope the rest of today's and future food is HOT not cold or luke warm. Disgraceful serving up food like that.

Think these people need to be closed down. The management should be deeply ashamed of themselves. They all need to be sacked morrisons needs to get there act together there ! Avoid here asda is better.

Felt so sorry for the staff, obviously understaffed. Not being able to clear away tables. Fòod came before our hot drinks as they are slow at making them. The breakfast is all deep fried, so it's very grease and you can see the fat in your plate and when you bite into it.

As supermarket cafes go, Morrisons case in Hinckley is by far the best, it’s really big, well presented and they do pretty good food at competitive prices, it’s far more pleasant to have a meal in than the ASDA cafe in Hinckley. They also do a really nice selection of cakes, my favourite being the lumpy bumpy cake, which is pictured below, it’s so good, if you see one, try it! One of the nicest cakes I’ve had and it was from Morrisons!

Went for dinner at 5.30 on a Wednesday to be told hot food is no longer being served as they are running out of food! Absolutely disgusting, had to drag my kids away crying!
