I paid £25 for a small pizza double pepperoni and it turned up around 1 hour. The pizza was cold and missing cheese that I had ordered. I immediately called to just ask and I was greeted by a very rude man who put the phone down. Avoid!

Wrong Pizzas delivered (these things happen) attempted to speak to them to resolve the matter, the English of the man I spoke to was broken and he was incoherent. he couldn’t understand the problem and repeatedly put the phone down..utter disgrace…went to dominoes after..go to dominoes instead of this dump.

Wrong food delivered (it happens so attempted to rectify) they wouldn’t replace the order after sending the wrong one back with the driver. Customer service appalling, don’t know about broken English I would say more shattered. Went dominoes instead it was ??

Ordered a vegan pepperoni pizza and ice cream. Order was over half hour late, the delivery driver rund the door bell twice and then proceeded to bang on the door (it was gone 11 at night). Then we had to ask about the ice cream as he didn't give it to us, to then have to wait another 5 minutes because he "couldn't find it". It was in a brown bag so hard to miss if I'm honest. Pizza had little to no cheese on it, it was cold and "chewy". Safe to say we'll stick to dominoes in future.

Ordered two pizzas and a drink. Driver forgot the drink, said he would go back and get it, and then didn't show up again, so I might get a refund at some point. Pizzas were lacking in toppings.

used to order a lot,but has got very expensive-how much is bread and tomatoes? Stopped using because of this. Pizzas used to be nice, but hey ho--im not a millionaire..

Well I ordered 2 pizzas with toppings on. I got 2 pizzas with hardly and toppings on. Very poor. Will order next time from a local pizza company! Wouldn't order again!!!

Called to chase my order as I'd placed the order over an hour before and according to their tracking app was delivered already. The customer assistant just said it was on its way and hung up on me. So rude and poor service. Pizzas arrived 10 mins later and one of them was cold.
