This place was recommended by a friend and it turned out to be a nice place to start our DILF night out.Good indoor and outdoor seating for having a quiet one or a group get-together.Quality selection of craft beers and ciders. I had a nice pineapple cider that was extremely refreshing.Staff were pleasant and gave some good 'next step places' for our night.

Not sure about the food as never been for food, but the folks behind the bar are very warm and welcoming , the beer on the tap is also a good range.

The pub is a nice place with a decent enough atmosphere, but my vegetarian burger was cooked terribly. It was black as coal, so I wouldn't recommend it. Other guests with me weren't impressed with their meat ones either I'm afraid.

Friday date night with the missus.Lovely staff, decent prices, excellent food (except the dutty fries/nachos were off the menu, which is sad as they are awesome)...I had the scorpion burger as I love hot spicy food and consider it my superpower, but be warned, this burger (well the sauce to be specific) is immensely hot, it even managed to make my eyeballs sweat.... It was still delicious though. The missus had the hunters burger, which I was reliably informed was "probably the nicest burger I have ever eaten", which is incredibly high and rare praise....Very much recommended.

Good and popular pub. Nice selection of beer and wine. We didn't eat so can't review food.

Seems very popular, I've never managed to get a pint of Guiness in the 3 times we've been though! Burgers are decent but the vegan/veg options are more limited than we'd have liked.
I wouldnt say this place isnt nice, the atmosphere, staff and pub is spot on. I would say the beer is insanely expensive. A Guinness and a neck oil £12.00. We don't pay that in Leeds City centre. Plenty of London pubs are still £5.50/£6.00.
