Ordered an end of month meal for the team - cost £200 - 2.5 hours late, cold and loads of errors in the order - no labelling despite being promised that there would be. When chasing the order we were told a number of times, it was either 20 or 30 minutes away - basically lies. We tried to cancel - they wouldn't accept - ordered through Just Eat who said we can cancel but we couldn't use their service again. No call from Subway to say they would be delayed or just couldn't fulfil the order - literally every aspect of poor service and product arose here. Will not be using them again.

We decided to get something to eat from here as we were in town and the smell in the street was nice. The place could really do with being renovated as it doesn't seem to be very appealing inside. There were a few people inside ordering so we had to wait a few minutes before we ordered our, we went for the meal deal. The sub was quite nice, the filling had been done slightly less than the sub the person I was with had in theirs. I had a cookie as part of the meal deal which was quite nice. Overall the staff were ok, the place is a bit run down and could do with a refurbishment. The food is ok but could be slightly better

The everyday lovely subway, those staff who where rude seemed to have quit, or have been fired, and the food quality is decent.

We arrived 15 mins before closing to be greated by the manager turning off the open sign. As we walked through the doors he was visibly annoyed and tried to tell us they were closed. The music was blaring at nightclub level...we could barely hear anything that was being said to us. I pointed out it wasn't yet 7pm (closing time in the door), to which he countered that they had now turned off the grill so no sandwiches could be toasted. Fine by us, we just wanted to get a sandwich and get out! We eventually made it to the counter and the he disappeared to turn the music down. Whilst giving our order (to the perfectly polite sandwich maker) the manager then started telling us that he couldn't take cash, it would have to be card...luckily we had card! He did then apologies as we paid for our wait, but it felt a bit too late. If I had his score on TripAdvisor I'd be doing everything I could to improve my customer service. Granted, it might have been a slow evening, but there's no excuse for rudeness. The sandwiches were fine, but we won't be returning!

I would like to express how dissatisfied I am with the service with staff that work at Subway in Hinckey, Castle Street. I absolutely love going to subway, but each time I have been I have watched staff members use the same gloves to make sandwiches for all customers, whether they are meat eaters, pescatarian or vegetarian. I think it’s disgusting to be using the same gloves to pick up meats/salad options and make sandwiches for customers! You should always change your gloves at all times! There has been times I have had to ask them to keep changing there gloves, as I myself am pescatarian - but this obviously does not make staff think and change there ways! Please improve your hygiene services, and keep meats away from cheese and pescatarian options - It’s important to provide a service and supply food to all type of people/background! Keep your food bar clean and change your gloves!!! Thankyou

I am horrified. The root of the problem for this subway is it's bad customer service . Especially the young lady that works there that has a stinking attitude.

Friday 9th July my son who is 14 visited the subway on castle st Hinckley he found a hair in his nachos the lady in there shouted at him you don’t like our food go Before that she labelled vegan on his food but when he took a bite there was chicken in his bread we are muslims we eat halal She was mocking my child he was there around 1pm on the date above I went in when he called me upset I could hear the staff telling him move go get out you always complain I asked my son to ask for the name they refused to give names When I went in I was already upset trying to remain calm I asked a male staff member I would like to spk to the manager he said I am the manager I told him oh you allowed staff to mock my 14 year old I would then like details of your area manager he said I am the areas manager At this point I was hurt upset angry it was like they threw patrol on fire They don’t have name badges they will never answer telephone the phone could be ringing forever I’ve also noticed the close the store before 7pm most nights the owner has no clue how corrupt the staff is. I have had no apology from the staff avoid at all cost guys

Easily the worst subway around. Our order via uber eats was wrong. The subway receipt was correct but item missing.\\nTried to get it corrected but no response and clearly Subway was a fault.\\nAvoid at all cost.

I would stay away from this Subway in Hinckley Castle Street and off Uber Eats, they have sent me the wrong order and when I have contacted them, they said ring Uber Eats, they did not want to take any responsibility and were very rude and would not help resolve there mistake. if it allowed me i would rate you a 0

ordered a subway from uber eats and got the wrong order (something was put in it which I am allergic to). I rang subway who fobbed me off to start with and then they said they will send me a correct order. 4 hours later it still hasn't arrived. I then called to see what was going on and they said I had to call the uber driver and go through them. I then rang back as I didn't have the drivers number and they constantly declined my calls. no food and no refund. disgusting. will not be using this branch again. poor customer service.

Decided can’t do anything on the menu because he can’t be bothered to make it and says it isn’t on the til. Staff wear masks around chin breathing all over your food and probably malting his dirty beard all over your sandwich. 100% recommend to a friend
