Food was for delivery! Every delivery we've had as arrived in good time, food hot, and very tasty!

Used to be really good but now food quality isn't that good and charge way to much. Large kebab was 6 quid, 12 months later almost 8 quid and you get less. Stop using it

Good portion but the Donner meat tastes terrible, like old Fray Bentos meatballs in a tin. Don’t know if you’ve changed suppliers or something recently but I’d change back if I were you - bad kebab!

Always delicious. Really genuine people who work there who make me smile (the best bit)! They know my order off by heart ? (I'm not in there every week I promise). Lots of food given and it's worth the price anyway!

Food used to be 5 stars its now a 3.5 i gave 4, atmosphere its a small shop so not much their problem. Service is neither bad nor great I'd say its good enough 2.5 really i gave 3 on the scoring.Would have been a 4 possibly 5 star review at the very start of me buying from yourself. Not as much fresh as it was at first, seems they just kept increasing the price and decreasing the amount of food.It wasn't ever great value for money but the taste and freshness made it worthwhile buying and their chilli sauce actually the only deference between say one a pizza (which used to do the same chilli sauce then stopped) now your probably just a normal bog standard kebab shop in Hinckley not the new TJs I was exited about and liked using. Please bring it back up to standard even if you charge more atleast give a decent size of meat chips salad and other foods.Their fresh chilli sauce(ezme salad) is the only thing that keeps me going back but I don't have kebab as often as I used to.

Over-priced. The prices you guys charge, the food needs to be really good quality. It’s not.

Not a good experience at TJ’s all we get there now when you ask for all the salads is one piece of tomato and one cucumber and a lot of onionsThe chicken on it is not much either….not the best value for money at all

I've decided to leave a review following yet another display of appalling service. It's not the first time I've had an issue with deliveries being ridiculously late. Previously, when I've chased up deliveries, it's become quite clear they've either forgotten or just not bothered. Another case in point this evening. Ordered approx 18:40, with email confirmation that it would be circa 60 mins. Fine with that...it's a Saturday night.....called them at 19:45 to see where it was (wife is T1 diabetic so timing can kinda be important...) to be told another 20 mins....called again circa 20:15 to be told 5 mins. I then call at 20:40 to be told that they've been busy..... Finally arrived at approx 20:50....wife is now having to deal with a hypo due to sugar levels dropping too low. An absolute shambles of a business, in Lutterworth specifically

I've had a couple of kebabs from the Lutterworth branch. Very sub-par - meat is like it's been boiled rather than grilled. I gave up for a while but ordered a pizza this evening. Worst. Mistake. Ever. Mushy base, no flavour, cheese with no texture. Was like a gluten free, vegan, diet pizza. (And I've had a vegan pizza and enjoyed it). I seriously would have preferred a super market pizza to what I got. I called the branch and gave them a choice; I would drive it back to them, at my time and expense, for a refund or; I could say what I liked online. Dear reader, the string of four letter words I received have given me chance to say what I like. I would recommend this establishment to the recently lobotomised.

Can never beat a TJs. The staff are lovely. The food is great and perfect for drinking food. Their garlic pizza bread is to die for ?

I have been using this take away for over a year, recently the prices have risen and the quality of the food has plummeted. Tonight’s food was the worse ever, salad consisted of lettuce and cabbage, the Nan bread was only half, the chicken Shish had no onion or pepper and I can say that you have lost a customer. I would sooner go without. Disappointed
