Christmas day dinner 2023 £59.99 should not have been anywhere near that price, service was not what we expected at all... The email below was sent and had no reply...Good Morning,Christmas Day a party of people came for dinner at Bradgate Arms and would like to say a few things.When arrived and sat down for dinner they're were only one set of knives and forks, none for starters, no spoons for dessert we had to ask for them and then were just put left on the end of the table without being given to customers sat at the table, no serving spoons for extras that were ordered and being shared and some vegetables and stuffing were missing from plates.One starter was wrong but wasn't offered anything else, was just told nothing left as they had already been made up. The extras paid for were brought to the table way before the main meal and put on the table before starter plates and soup dishes were removed. Most of the food was nice, but service wasn't at all good, a little upsetting for Christmas day meal that was expected for the price.I know you were busy, but things I have mentioned should never have happened.

This is the perfect place to be around coke heads sniffing in ya face for good hour while you eat?? landlady looks like she’s come off the yellow bus umming & rrrrring about how’s there nothing on the menu in stock.., cause Phill spent it all on sniff.., ?? & if u like dog piss on ya feet again…., perfect.., ID ADVISE THE RESTAURANT ACROSS THE ROAD ?..,!

Superb Christmas meal tonight with a party from the Birstall and Wanlip WI. Food was excellent. Staff very friendly and efficient and the room very warm, cosy and Christmassy. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend to friends and relatives ?

Came today for a meal with my mum and dad and I had the sausage mash and peas and it was very nice! 5 stars rating to that, my mum had a classic chicken burger and dad had a surf and turf and they both said it was very nice, the waiter we had was katelyn and Jess ❤️

An absolute gem of a pub. My only regret being that I hadn't properly discovered it earlier!! Food is fresh, delicious and very reasonably priced. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. My partner remarked that her fish and chips was the best she had had in ages. The Marsden Pedigree is excellent and Directors is on draft which in my experience is another excellent beer. I am looking forward to sampling this in the near future. The Bradgate Arms has pleasing old fashion atmosphere with a couple of cozy snugs. There is some piped music but the volume is kept to a minimum. The pub is very dog friendly though if dogs are not to your liking the restaurant area is dog free. There is a very pleasant garden area with a childrens' climbing frame and slide which I am advised is "good fun"!! This pub is well worth a visit!!
