Lovely midweek meal, served by Madeline. We were offered a seat by the fire and she took care to accommodate us with a large pram too. There was a mixup with one of the food orders but this was rectified quickly and soon forgotten because everything tasted so good.
More a restaurant than a pub, food is very good and excellent sizes. Only ale on was Doom Bar, looks like they usually have one more but it wasn't on. Ale quality was 3 out of 5
