Shout out to Bal and Rishad for their excellent customer service. They have been very friendly and helpful. Itsu is a great option if you’re in a hurry but dont want to compromise on the taste. Good vegetarian options but very limited gluten free options that actually tastes nice, in my opinion. Everything is labeled and allergens info sheet available at request.

Food came out pretty fast and had good taste to it, it didn't come out very hot, hence the 3 stars. Restaurant was nice and clean and the staff were super friendly. Restaurant was pretty quiet as it was post lunch rush, but still nice ambience and a chill place to eat.

First visit to Itsu in the Fosse Food Court. so much competition and in my humble opinion the competition does it slightly better. However the Katsu Noodle bowl was OK the vege meatballs disappointing in portion size the Goyza ok.Vegetarian options: Good choice for vegan and vegetarians
