In a word excellent. First visit as part of birthday celebration. Very clean with friendly knowledgable staff who despite it being very busy spent the time ensuring all was well. Good food good ale, good service.
Lovely place, 3 hours free parking, nice bar and food, I had Pie of the day (steak and ale), mash, veg and gravy, it was amazing. I also had two halves of Munich limited edition larger at £2.40 it was so good.

My bao bun with pulled pork was really tasty. My friends nachos were also good, a huge portion I finished for her! Very good value for money! Will return sometimeParking: 3 hr parking limit was only just enough!
