Ordered caramel latte yesterday. They forgot the syrup. I had to come back in to ask them to add it in. Aren’t they meant to remake the drink? It wasn’t busy, no one in front or behind me. He should have offered to remake the coffee.Has about 4 staff there.

I often pop into Starbucks for a coffee and snack. I went Tuesday late afternoon and Joe took my order. Very polite and friendly and dealt with my order swiftly and very professionally.Would have given 5 stars but the barista didn't make the coffee strong enough (although it was requested when placing order)Great service from Joe though ?

Unfortunately, this Starbucks branch has a problem in making a good Espresso Frappucino. I don't know why, and the barista was excellent in trying to fix the drink, but the colour and consistency of the drink received was nowhere near what you get at other branches.I really hope they fix it somehow, because the service and the atmosphere and the location of this branch are all good.
