Unfortunately, this Starbucks branch has a problem in making a good Espresso Frappucino. I don't know why, and the barista was excellent in trying to fix the drink, but the colour and consistency of the drink received was nowhere near what you get at other branches.I really hope they fix it somehow, because the service and the atmosphere and the location of this branch are all good.
Agreeable service, not as friendly as they usually are as I arrived at opening time and could sense the barista was annoyed because I inconvenienced the setup. Usually have great service here, but this day was admittedly a bit disappointing.The food is getting boring, but I still like the coffee because it’s strong for drip coffee.

I often pop into Starbucks for a coffee and snack. I went Tuesday late afternoon and Joe took my order. Very polite and friendly and dealt with my order swiftly and very professionally.Would have given 5 stars but the barista didn't make the coffee strong enough (although it was requested when placing order)Great service from Joe though ?
