Visited three times in a week while staying in Loughborough. Great food, friendly staff and fast service, particularly when I went in on a Friday night and there were a few people queueing. The chips were tasty and cooked to perfection. Out of the various items I ordered from the menu (spending about £35 in total across the 3 occasions that I went in), the jalapeño cheese balls were great - I would definitely recommend these! All in all, top notch. Looking forward to my next stay in Loughborough so I can visit again!

Hit and miss but mostly decent. Great kebabs and Donner burgers, and probably the best chilli sauce in Loughborough.

Decent value, pretty average chippy.Went in to order a large chips and onion rings. I was told it was cash only, so I had to head down to the cash machine not far away. The chips were an alright portion for what I paid. They were decently fluffy in the middle, but not particularly crispy of flavourful. Overall pretty average chips for a chippy.10 onion rings for £2.50 seemed like a decent bargain, but rather than the large, freshly battered kind you often get at chippies, these were smaller ones that seem like they would have been bought in frozen and pre battered. No real complaints, and the food was nice enough. Would recommend for a quick cheap lunch, perhaps with some sauce to go with the chips

order took over 3 hrs to arrive and when it did it had obviously been microwaved during the wait i rang 3 times and was hung up on 3 times, how the people running it have any pride in their "restraunt" is beyond human

Probably the best chippy in Loughborough. Good fish and perfect fluffy chips.

The shop owner who looks like a South American is very rude. She doesn’t talk properly to her customers. I have been to this shop many time and out of which 5 times i saw her being rude and throwing tantrums at random customers . Today she was rude to me just because she did not hear my order properly. She needs to learn to run a business and food is not soo great that people will tolerate her. There are hygiene issues as well but nobody talks about it. Apparently food quality standards in the UK have fallen tremendously because of which shops like these are dominating.

Ordered on just eat and Chips were grey, our pies were cold in the centre, chicken nuggets were soggy, mozzarella sticks tasted like oil, onion rings were under cooked. Spent a fair bit of money and received very disappointing meals. The beans were the nicest thing about the meal and they aren’t hard to get right. I added a note to ask for the cheese to be separate on one of the chips. Obviously didn’t read it. Also could tell they microwaved everything before they sent it. Will never be back.
